Food was good...not great. Bar service was efficient and never had to wait even though it was very crowded. When band started to play the area surrOunding the band gets very crowded with people wanting to take photos so suggest if youmjustbwant to listen, get a table (if you can) in the side rooms left and rig of the fireplace.... Last month we visited Doolin and came to the O'Connors Pub 3 times for dinner, tried most of the meals, my husband had their cottage pie even twice ( it is same as shepherd's pie in the US). Food was great, the service was even better, those waitresses are working fast and very friendly but the main thing is the... More

Servers were very friendly and attentive. Food was just average. It is a popular stop for the tour buses coming from the Cliffs of Moher. Did feel like they wanted us to leave soon after we finished eating.

Do not miss this pub! It is traditional music that includes the awe of children watching to possibly let them take part of their own piece of artistry ! This is in my opinion a good tourist stop;) not something I would have ever wanted to miss!! Great and favorite piece of our self driven 10 night tour of a... More

The fish and chips were fine, don't really remember it. But what I do remember was the traditional music and everyone taking turns singing or dancing.....very enjoyable evening

This is a cool, fun pub to have a pint. We didn't eat here, but the food also looked reallly good. The atmosphere is fun and lively.

Enjoyed the pub at night with the traditional music. Locals sit at a center table and play some great music. The place is packed and the bar is busy, but they do a good job keeping up. Prices are reasonable and the crowd is friendly. There is a mix of families and friends. We enjoyed the music 2 nights and... More

A lovely waitress called Leonie bought me over my irish stew which was just as nice as her forget me not blue eyes. The atmosphere was great lovely music. Would recommend to friends to come down and enjoy the experience of irish stew at Gus O'connors pub

I've been there three times and each time I am not disappointed. The food is fast and delicious and reasonably priced. The portions are big too. It's very quick service. Order at the bar with your table number. From what I understand it's got a pretty great pint of Guinness too but I don't drink the stuff so I just... More

This place is located in the center of Doolin and they advertise live Irish music every night. We ate there early, and the food was very good. The service was very fast, our food came within two minutes of ordering, and everyone was very friendly. We even received a complementary bread order because we liked the bread so much! We... More
