Spent two evenings there and enjoyed it.

I arrived late on Friday evening (22nd) when the restaurant was full. The staff were taking names for a waiting list. As I was by myself the very helpful lady asked if I'd like to sit at the bar, where there was a vacancy. I was more than happy to do this as I felt much more comfortable there... read more

The bartender even while busy guided us on how (with a splash of water) and which (Red Spot, Green Spot, Yellow Spot, Red Breast) Irish whiskies to try. I now <3 Irish whisky. There was a great trad music band playing - uilleann pipes, flute/whistle and guitar. It was a great time.

Just arrived for a two night stay in Doolin and enjoyed a fabulous meal (can recommend the fish and chips!) Both my wife and I had them in their two styles, sole and cod!!! Then it was over to the bar section to listen to great traditional Irish music. This is a must do.

We ate dinner at OConnors and it was just too crowded and while the music was good, they were slow between sets. Off we went to Fitzgeralds. Great music, we got a seat close to the stage. Super energy. Loved it!

Made a quick stop here on the way to Cliffs of Moher. I think a lot of tour groups bring their people here as the food is good but all the food is ready to go so you can get in and out quickly.

Went here during our stay in Doolin. The battered cod and burger are really good. What you should not miss is the delicious bread, which comes with the soup. My friend fell in love with the Doolins beer. Perfect. Only the service could be a bit more friendly, but after a while and some jokes, even a smile is possible.... More

We visited Fitzpatrick's on two occasions. On both occasions we found the atmosphere to be warm and welcoming with friendly staff and good food. As with all the pubs in Doolin there was live Irish music which lifted the atmosphere. The food is also really good. They get very busy but it is worth the wait. On both occasions the... More

Was in town for a few days and spent good bit of time here. Positives: food is good. Live music all evening/night in summer, and good atmosphere. Could improve on: Barstaff need a kick up the a55... Service lazy and you'll be thirsty. Also, many of them can't pull a proper pint of Guinness. Sly pricing in the Eatery for... More

We were a large group of 4 adults and 4 kids. Staff were very friendly. Three of the kids had burgers and not only were they huge, but also delicious. I had the crab claws. They were the best I ever had. All the adults were delighted with their food. I would recommend Fitzpatrick's in a heartbeat. A great example... More
