We had some afternoon food here on a recent trip to Doolin, the menu is compact but has something for everyone's taste. The staff where very polite and accommodating to us, we had a gorgeous meal in there front garden accompanied by our dog.

We loved our meal at the Doolin Cafe. It was our first meal after arriving in Ireland and it couldn't have been a better welcome -- five different entrees, all delicious.

Lovely atmosphere! Fabulous irish coffee. Our server, Amy, was delightful. It was open until 1030pm, making it great for late arrival like ourselves from sightseeing all day! Jen and Joe from Chicago!

Arriving at lunchtime, I was a little bedraggled from horseback riding and preferred the picnic table outside the cafe entrance. A delicious warm sandwich from among their daily specials (brie and cranberries - amazing) with salad. My choices were brought out to me after I ordered inside, and I enjoyed chatting with passers by and feasting in the fresh air.

Charming location in what was, many years ago, a private house. Restaurant staff was friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. Fresh and well prepared. Eat there, you'll be glad you did!

We had lunch here. My daughter was pleasantly surprised the breakfast menu was being observed all day...and she was even happier when they served American style pancakes. My title mentions "limited menu" because I recall there were not that many actual lunch choices. Fortunately, my wife and I could find something to eat and I thought the meal was well... More

Had two meals here during a recent trip. All the food was good and fresh. Breakfast is served all day; the traditional Irish breakfast was large and filling. Pancakes were small but very tasty. Thai chicken curry and chili con carne were flavorful though not particularly spicy. Very comfortable setting--a good spot to relax during an afternoon shower. Prices are... More

After an epic trip to Cong and looking for dinner a bit later than usual, we discovered the pubs stopped serving food a bit earlier than we anticipated and decided to give The Doolin Cafe proved to be a very nice alternative. The nondescript exterior belies a pleasant interior with some eclectic art work adorning the walls and enough room... More
