The place was well recommended, but I found the serving staff basically ignored me, and the crab claws were just so-so. Perhaps it was because I was a party of one, or perhaps they were trying to wrap up the dinner service so that the night's trad music entertainment could begin. I was also displeased by the policy of having... More

Great crab claws, mussels and cottage pie. Good eats at this local establishment. They even have live entertainment too. Enjoy!

Dinnere at O'Conner's was quite an experience. We got there relatively early but it was already so crowded in the main bar area where the live music was that we could barely push past the standing throngs which literally took up almost every square inch of floor space. If you want to sit and watch the musicians you obviously have... More

My husband and I have been to Ireland 3 times and each and every time we have been to O'Connors for their Fish & Chips. Love the place, love the people and love the food. Oh yeah and the beer aint bad either!

Even though O'Connor's was busting at the seams with patrons, service was fabulous!! We went in a couple of times in one day (before and after our ferry trip) and both times, with different staff members, we were well taken care of!

If you like original Irish music in a full-to-overflowing pub, this is a great place to start. Centrally located in Doolin, it's near the ferries for the Aran Islands. The pub grub is tasty and plentiful.

Just next door of O'Connor's Pub!!!! Good seafood, mussel is the best, and good value too. Value of wine is very reasonable. A bottle of French Savignon Blanc (2011) costs only about 23Euro in such a remote place. The owner and the team is so friendly to a stranger like us from elsewhere. Help us find a place in the... Even with the bus tours, it's become a tradition for us to visit OÇonnor's at least once a month, while in residence, for seafood chowder and a toastie. Friendly staff, great atmosphere and a warm fire on a cold (and sometimes rainy) day.
