The food was wonderful and we had the best onion rings I have ever had. The desserts are home made and delicious. Well worth the stop!!

We have been taking our now teenage kids here since they were small. Kids love it because they can order and then run outside to play on the swings etc. - weather permitting! It's cosy and the food is good with kids portions of mean meals. We usually end up taking other kids too, so it would be better value... More

This small roadside restaurant is well suited to families, sporting playground equipment outside in the green grass. The inside is rather small but cozy. We tried only the desserts and they were good, home-made fare with good variety. Prices were not cheap but not extortionate either.

Our family of five stopped here for a quick lunch, and we all loved it. Everthing was fresh, and plenty of choices for picky teens. Fish and Chips and Stew were the favorites. Very friendly service and we were able to sit outside and enjoy the gorgeous views. Highly recommend it!

We were met by a young waitress who made us feel at home and very welcome from the moment we lifted the latch on the front door. This is a truely authentic old cottage that has been transformed into a cosy... More

The Stonecutters Kitchen was recommended by a local B&B and we loved it so much, we returned the following evening. Their menu has a great variety of selections, perfect to suit parents and picky kids! Their desserts are to die for. Do not miss the Banoffee. Our first night there, my boys had a great time playing soccer with Pippa,... More

We had a very nice lunch at this cute Irish cottage! The owner was very congenial and our beautiful, intelligent, and articulate waitress provided us not only with excellent service but with a very enjoyable conversation about Ireland and its economic struggles these past few years.

Everything we had at the restaurant was top notch. Staff was super. Choices were numerous. Recommend very highly. Try the locally made ice cream. Heavenly. Two can share.
