A late review as I would not normally write a poor review. Have decided to post it after hearing Simon Rimmer discussing his restaurants on TV. We booked a table the last Sat in July to entertain some guests from Dartmouth where we had enjoyed fabulous fine dining at Mitch Tonks Seafood Restaurant. We wanted to return the compliment. The... Went there on a Saturday night. Were welcomed very friendly. Very popular place so full and reservations needed. Good athmosphere with pretty loud music, which causes a lot of disturbance because of the low ceilings and tiled floors Had an excellent starter of scallops and then a gorgeous Chicken Kiev. A bit fat, but very tasteful. Good choice of wines... More

Took my mum here as a special treat for Mother's Day. We had the most amazing food I have ever tasted it really was lovely :) quick service and the staff are wonderful and so helpful. It is on the pricey side but as a special treat for my mum I didn't mind spending that little bit extra for her... More

It said outside, "The Best Fish & Chips in town". They were better than that! And the sweet menu was wonderful, I wanted them all but went for the deconstructed baked Alaska - mmmm. Not only that, the staff treated us superbly and not once were we made to feel awkward, like some trendy restaurants I could mention when a... More

A wonderful evening with excellent food. We were greeted at the start of the vending by Salvatore who is an absolute asset to the restaurant , his passion and enthusiasm are infectious. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Never visited this place before but fancied it for a friends birthday. Arrived 30 mins early but this wasn't a problem for the staff. Extremely friendly staff, very attentive and we wanted for nothing. Food was impeccable and presentation was second to none. Onion rings were on a par with the best we've had. Definitely need another visit. Attention to... More

Cute little Brasserie in the village of Hale Manchester. Met a Fellow Thespian who works there who looked after me so well. Lovely atmosphere and caring attentive staff. Nothing was too much trouble even calling me a taxi when it was time to leave. Loved it will be back

We booked a table on Friday evening and had a very good evening, we took the offer of champagne at £25 and it happened to be a real steal. Good ordered parfait and fish cake, lamb rack and chicken all extremely good. Being a chef myself I think it's important to give the kitchen some praise. Eaten here a couple... More

We booked an evening at Earle for my husband's birthday and we were both very disappointed with the experience. We eat out in Hale regularly, but had not dined in Earle previously and wanted to try something different. Firstly, I would say the female waitress looking after us was a credit to Earle. She was very sincerely apologetic and did... More
