Food was yummy!

Food was amazing and service was great, but just didn't have that "wow factor" to give it all 5 stars. The prime beef with the rib was very good. My mom had the cod and wasn't impressed.

One of the best meals we've had. Food was exquisite, the flavours outstanding. Service was brilliant. George waited on our table, very helpful and gave us great advice on our menu choices and also on an upcoming holiday. We'll definitely be back.

We had a truly wonderful meal at Sika. I generally don't expect too much from hotel restaurants, even at a hotel such as Powerscourt, but Sika exceeded all of our expectations. The chef prepared marvelously creative and fresh Irish cuisine -- that is, it was inspired by local ingredients and dishes, but elevated to be sophisticated and delicious in a... More

Great food with great service, fine dining at its best. The wine selection was enormous. We found the staff very helpful and really interested in all our food and wine requirement.

The Sika Restaurant is located in the Powerscourt Hotel which in turn is located in the beautiful Powerscourt estate. The views of Sugar Loaf mountain from the table were stunning. Service was excellent with friendly welcoming staff and the food was exceptional. The menu is short offering a choice of five starters, main courses and deserts. The menu is priced... More

I stayed in the hotel where this restaurant is 2 years ago whne it was run my different management and a different chef. I had high expectations when dining here this week. To say I was disappointed would be a massive understatement. The foos was what you would expect in a retirement home. ie. It was all mushy, soft and... More

Stunning restaurant located in the Powerscourt Hotel. Very attentive staff, not over bearing. Try the Venison. It really is superb.

The dining room faces one of the most spectacular mountain views in Ireland. The service from booking to departure was excellent. Every need was anticipated and the staff had a perfect knowledge of all aspects of the meal. George was able to recommend a perfect wine. The speed of service was just right - even though the restaurant was fully... More

Amazing layout for the restaurant, food was beautiful, but to be honest the price of dinner did not match the service. Felt like they had only one staff member on all evening. Only seen the staff when they placed the food on the table and then they all disappeared again.
