When Kenny's Kitchen opened it was outstanding for all the craft breads on display. Now it has more and more turned into a cafe, which nobody looks after. When we were there, the tables were dirty and sticky. Food was all over the floor and staff ignored us. It seemed as if we had to beg to be looked after.

Great little cafe for breakfast. I'm a regular there and they do a fantastic full Irish with the proper "door step" size bread. Great selection of cakes and breads. Service is good and staff are fairly pleasant. Definitely would recommend it.

I wandered in here for breakfast and took a seat by the window. The menu was on the otherwise bare table and offered a full breakfast or a half breakfast along with some egg dishes and pastries. I decided on a full Irish and waited for service. After a few minutes and no service I looked for a sign that... More

We stopped in Blessington to find a post office and found Kenny's kitcheN when we parked. It was a good find as well. The staff were really nice and the service good. We only had an afternoon cake, but what lovely cakes! The portions for sandwiches and so on looked excellent value for money. We only wished we had not... More

I can't understand why anyone would criticise the thickness of the bread in the sandwiches here because the sign in the window loudly proclaims ' doorstep sandwiches'! And as you can ask for whatever fillings you like - and seemingly with no restriction - if you end up with a tasteless or bland sandwich it is your own fault. I... More

I had coffee here last weekend as there was nowhere else open on Sunday morning. It's definitely a no-frills venue, that gives the impression of being in somewhere like McDonald's. The food isn't bad, and the portions are relatively generous. Service isn't great, and staff have a habit of walking in and out of the main door without closing it!... More

I have visited this cafe a few times recently, and every time it's only because the other cafes in blessington have been closed. Firstly the food - abundant in quantity, and that's the only good thing I'm afraid. Tasteless, stodgy, reheated and truly unappetising. The bread for some reason, is cut so thick you can hardly fit it into your... More
