Great food, atmosphere and entertainment - only downside - more mead would have been good - the wine was not great.

This castle dining evening was the highlight of my 13 night stay in Ireland. You are treated like royalty once you enter this place. The young lady serving us was in character during the whole experience. The food was plentiful & tasty with limitless red & white wine along with some mixed concoction that is popular in Ireland. overall an... More

Had a great time. The entertainment was amazing, loved spending a few hours being waited on in a Medieval Castle. My daughter and thought the food was tasty. We went for the whole experience, not just to critique the food.We sat next to some locals who were also enjoying the experience. Everyone seemed to be having a wonderful time. The... More

If you just go with it, travel back in time and enjoy the celebrations, it's a great night out for visitors and natives alike! Kids will enjoy it - live music and performances. You are greeted with a welcoming glass of Mead (honey liquor). The menu is traditional Irish - parsnip soup, BBQ salted ribs, roast chichen and veg with... More

The Castle entertainment was great however the food was really bad --- so go for the entertainment but eat elsewhere ... food was overly salty

We had a very large group (22) come to the Bunratty Medieval Feast and we were aware going in that it was going to be kind of corny but who cares, you're in an old castle in Ireland eating and drinking free wine! The entertainment was funny and interesting, the food was alright, nothing to write home about but not... More

The entertainment is well done and quite fun - especially if you sitting next to 2 exuberant, fun loving Austrians - and the atmosphere of the castle (despite the crowd) make for a enjoyable evening - the actors and singers are obviously dedicated to their craft. However, I suggest that you eat well before hand and avoid the mediocre food... More

If you like period costumes, frivolity, laughs and eating with your hands, you will love this trip back in time to the 1500's. Our bus tour chose this as our "last evening" event. What a great way to end a two-week tour of Ireland and Scotland!

2 adults and a 23 and 18 year old. We had a great time. Very gracious staff. Food was fine. The flow Of the evening was just right. Enough drink, food, and entertainment. Great service.

I've been to this venue a couple of times, and it's always runs like clockwork and the entertainment is excellent. Best soup I've ever tasted followed by a ton of more food that is wonderful. If you leave hungry, it's your fault! We had a great time.
