Well worth the visit

This is kind of an upscale pub. There is a good selection of entrees. It can get quite busy, but is worth the wait.

Ancient Irish pub full of history, Locals and good, basic pub food. It was a great introduction to Irish pub culture!

After touring the Bunratty Castle and folk park as well as the medieval banquet, we spent our last night in Ireland at Durty Nelly's. We sat outside on the balcony and had drinks and snacks with some new friends we met at the banquet. The staff of DN's is just great. They are comical, attentive and friendly. I could not... More

This historic restaurant was certainly one we will always remember from our Ireland trip. The feel of the building was so historic and the food was divine! We really enjoyed our server and had a nice dinner and Guinness for dessert. It was in a close walking distance to Bunratty Castle and our hotel the Bunratty Castle Hotel. Very enjoyable... More

Great music and friendly staff. It was great that considering how extremely packed and busy it was, that the staff remembered my name and made getting drinks fun and easy.

Great food, wonderful ambiance, efficient and friendly staff with great service. Note, that although they are very close to Bunratty Castle they are in no way associated with the Castle. It is fascinating to eat in a place that opened when New England in the US was first being settled (early 1600's). We ate there 2 nights in a row.... More

Had a great three course dinner including win for 27 euro per person. Salmon and chicken was really tasty. Loved the sticky toffee pudding.
