We visited The Vic in Tramore after a beach walk (Tramore means the big beach in Gaelic) and loved the ambiance and chowder with a GREAT selection of beers and wines. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I've had one meal there (post course reunion) been in for a snack on 3 other occasions - always been happy with the... More

We went to Victoria house for lunch on a Sunday and we left the restaurant full (with one dish each) and very satisfied. The seafood pie was very tasty and despite the good portion I forced myself to finish because it was so nice. My girlfriend had the fish of the day (Hake) and it was delicious as well. I... More

We like sitting upstairs so we can enjoy the view of the Tramore Bay. The food is always great, good value, decent wine list, and great pub dining room ambiance. We go there whenever we are in Tramore. Fresh fish of the day is always a great choice and side potatoes and vegs are abundant.

Had a family meal there last night upstairs in the restaurant and it was just divine. You couldn't fault any aspect of the meal. Group aged from 12 to 81 years and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food. Varied menu and well priced. Recommend you book a table as it can be busy, especially over the weekends.

Great atmosphere in the pub. Great tasting food. Staff friendly and accommodating. Beautiful room to eat upstairs in the pub with great views of Tramore. Great beer garden out back, perfect in the warm weather with more great views of the Bay.

We were only in Tramore for one night & our B&B hosts had recommended this place to us. We ate in the restaurant upstairs which has a beautiful view out over the bay. The menu is varied & well priced with several Specials available also. The wine list was also varied win prices to suit all budgets. Service was efficient... More

Always a great atmosphere in here; I look forward to visiting any time I'm back home in Waterford. The barmen are always friendly and chatty and the building itself has a lovely old-world feel to it. The bar food is excellent. Great value and the portions are generous. They've also started to widen their selection of drinks (fancy craft cider!... More
