A really lovely pub (if not a bit expensive)... we unfortunately ate here - my chicken kiev was smothered in raw garlic and tasted off, the "thai green curry" was brown - tasted like curry sauce from the chip shop! Hopefully just a bad day!

Last Monday week we went to Raglan Road for the first time in about 2 yrs. We had a mediocre experience the last time. I must say that it has improved greatly. Sadly my husband's favorite, the enchiladas are no longer on the menu. The fish& chips were superb, as was the pudding & colcannon. The service was friendly &... More

I'm sure everything else on the menu is good, but this was outstanding! Nice place, wasn't crowded at all when we got there; had a few drinks, a nice dinner, and the raisin bread pudding is not to be missed either! Plus, it was a 5 minute walk to our B&B too! (Our host recommended Raglan Road anyway)Good food, good... More

Returning to a place where you've been before indicates most of the times that you liked it. This is certainly the case when it comes to Raglan Road in Tramore. A well decorated Irish pub where you can spend your time watching all the attributes hanging on the walls en ceiling. Apart from that it's a location for a good... More

My meal was not served as described and was rather indifferent in quality. It seemed popular with local residents.

The bar staff were very friendly and helpful. Can't play darts on a Thursday night as they have local comps going.

Food was tasty, reasonably priced and quick service. Problems: well, place is a bit tacky but that isn't all that bad, my food was swimming in gravy...I didn't ask for it and if I had it would have been in a ramikin I would have wanted it, it didn't spoil my meal thankfully and portion size was ok. Place needs... More

We are a group of 12. Adults and children together. We visit the esquire every year on our annual visit to tramore. We have always enjoyed the food here over the years. So on this trip we were all looking forward to going back. All the adults ordered the turkey and ham special for €10. We have all had this... More
