Overpriced, well below the standard of good pub food.

Waited 20 minutes before or orders were taken even though there was less than 10 tables being served. Waited another half our for food to come out. Nothing was as stated on the menu. We had to ask twice for our main accompaniments, chips/salad/garlic bread. Which were all listed as coming with the... read more

For the second time in as many weeks attempted to go for dinner with our 13 month old baby to be told they only have one high chair which was in use! They obviously don't need the custom of families. Not to worry we won't be returning!

Not for the first time have I spent a pleasant few hours soaking in the atmosphere. The staff are second to none. They make you feel very welcome and are very attentive. Even when we were there last week we were not ignored or forgotten tucked away up the stairs in the alcove. The place was very busy but we... More

The premises was quaint and rustic looking at the same time. The beers cold and Guinness good, entertainment was good and not too loud. The food was good but not outstandingly so...we just had basic fish, chips, salad...maybe other dishes were more deliocious. Enjoyed the craic and atmosphere

We came in mid afternoon and ordered some drinks while we were making up our minds whether to eat here too. It's a large place, packed with quirky and interesting decorations. I notice a previous review called it a bit hit and miss and that was the same feeling I got. The bar staff weren't particularly enthusiastic. A pint of... More

I have eaten at Raglan Road numerous times and I find the food to always be top quality. I am surprised at some of the negitive reviews as the Esquire and Raglan have an excellent reputation built up over many years. In my opinion Raglan has the best bar food anywhere in Tramore or Waterford. It is also great value... More

We stopped in here for a drink after a meal elsewhere. There was a DJ playing music & the place was busy with both people dining & drinking. The staff were very friendly & there was a great atmosphere. The barman was very helpful with our wine selection & we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. It's worth a visit.

I had dinner in here during the summer and I thought it could have been better. Roll on a month or two and I said I'd try It again. The food was great. Good service. Staff were very friendly. I think the venue itself it fantastic. Great menu now. One criticism. When I go into a pub like that the... More
