Stopped off here last week on way home for some lunch. Not a lover of carvery but only option of hot food there at that time. I had pork chop which was toughest and tasteless piece of meat I had in a long time. Vegetables were horrible. Not a nice meal and won't be back ever

This lunch was not booked in advance and was probably a bit late but it was almost indelible. The veg were totally overcooked.....maybe left sitting too long?

The sunday cavery here is to be avaoided, the place is chaos as you try and find your own seat amongst the crowd, and when you do eventually get sitting you ending up eating quite possibly the worst sunday dinner around. The meat was as touch as my shoe and the potatoes seemed to be mashed by a two year... More

The hotel kilmore's restaurant is the best in Cavan! It's food is top notch, with great big portions and the choice of 2 from 8 options as sides available in all main courses!! You will definitely not be leaving hungry!! The staff are attentive and very friendly and professional. Also, the Kilmore is set on a lovely site and has... More

I stopped here today for Sunday lunch with my 4yr old, 6yr old and teenage daughter. Main course lunch is €13.50 per head which I ordered 2 for myself & my eldest. I asked for 2 half dinners for younger kids but was told they didn't do this. Chef said he would divide 1 dinner onto two plates which only... More
