Food was lovely. Good size portions and reasonably priced. The staff was fantastic, the young lady who served us was especially wonderful, very cheerful and friendly.

We were a group of 4. There for dinner on a Thu evening. Food choice was good and our selection proved very tasty. I had the seafood pancake - a very big portion, so you need to be HUNGRY. It was good. My wife had a steak which she thought fantastic - and cooked to perfection (medium) for her. Service... More

Very tasty and plenty of it, the steaks were meant to be 8ozs but I think they were more like 12ozs, and they were delicious.Fresh Fruit Pavlova scrumptious. Staff very pleasant too, couldn't do enough for us.

It is conveniently located off the main road, and the food was all warm. That is all I liked about it. The quality of the ingredients was poor and there was a very confusing serving and self serving system. For the price of the lunch we ordered I would have expected chips cut from potatoes on the premises, not frozen... More

Had dinner the three nights of our stay. Were impressed with quality of food and excellent service. On the first night of our stay we were the only couple in the dining room which created a strange atmosphere. The following night was our actual anniv but it was dinner as usual. Large contingent of Germans created more normal atmosphere. Wd... More

We stayed just one night while playing golf at the Portsalon Golf Club. The hotel and restaurant were very nice - kind of old fashioned hotel rooms. Rooms were very clean and well kept. We enjoyed our meal there - dinner and breakfast. Handy location for the golf course which I highly recommend too.

Due to other people booking this place i have had the misfortune to eat here on several occasions. The food is consistently unpleasant and very freezer to oven style. The staff are pretty rude, quite a lot of surly young adults. The last time i ate here the waitress pulled the menu away from us half way through our order... More
