Cakes and sandwiches offers a variation and confirm the pleasant experience of visiting - wish there were more out door seating on the sea side of the retaurant

These tea and garden rooms are a must visit when in Ballyvaughn. The cake table is groaning with goodies, the lunch menu is delicious, it's impossible to choose because it all sounds so good! We were so impressed we visited twice in two days...

I have been here a few times when visiting family. Their food has gone a little up-market since I last visited and is so delicious. It is in the most picturesque spot and such a beautiful cottage. You have to visit! superb.

We popped in there as we parked the car nearby. It looked nice from the outside and it was nice inside as well. They also have a nice back garden far from traffic and street noise. All the food is home-made so when something's gone in the evening, it's gone. Nothing defrosted. We enjoyed a lazy afternoon in the back... More

This was such a pretty, charming & inviting Tearoom to stop at. We were greeted very warmly by a lovely girl. There is amazing spread of cakes and lovely menu available. We were seated in the garden room and served our coffee/tea and cake and made to feel so welcome. After a while the waitress checked with us and offered... More

Had the most divine pepper and tomato filo tart when we stopped for lunch on way to see the cliffs. Amazing for adults but my kids didn't eat their sandwiches...I ate my 3 year olds ham (cut thick). Desserts were wonderful. My only gripe is that they charge for miwadi orange which I've never experienced in any restaurant ever. It's... More

There is a wonderful selection of home made scones, cakes & desserts and the staff are really patient while you try to decide what to have! Out back is... More

It's lovely to sit on the porch, and the food is very good. The desserts spread out on the table as you come in are mouth watering and wonderful. They need to re-do their outside seating, since they used to have tables and chairs but have switched to slabs of rock and a handful of plastic chairs.
