This was a joy - unspoiled, not "touristy", just the most delightful tea room you could wish to find. A large oak table resplendent with home made cakes (including a fabulous gluten-free chocolate and orange cake), fresh peppermint tea for me, and a big pot of tea for my husband. The conservatory looks out over a pretty little garden. The... More

The interior and gardens are very beautiful! It must be one of prettiest cafes we have been to, but the food was such a disappointment! We had 2 sandwiches and a cup of soup which costed us over 20 euros. The sandwiches were tiny and with no flavor. The bread was hard and when we left, we were still hungry.... More

Have had lunch here a few times. The food is always really really good - all home made and really fresh. A great choice of gorgous cakes. Its a beutiful old cottage with seating outside. Might seem a bit pricy to some - but is well worth it for the quality!

We stopped here on route to Clare Coast. We enjoyed lunch a wonderful menu something to suit all tastes. We always call here when we are enjoying one of the very best coast lines. I would recommend this tea rooms for a coffee tea lunch or a snack.

Lovely, loose leaf tea served in quaint tea cups. The service was excellent and the cakes on offer looked amazing! The one down side was that they did not accept cards for purchases under 15 euros which was a slight inconvenience for us! Aside from this it was a lovely place to relax!

Had delicious afternoon tea and cake twice at Tea and Gardens a Rooms during 6 days based in Ballyvaughan. Central table full of lovely looking sweets to choose from, a delightful cottage with a variety of table and seating arrangements. Friendly staff but can be very busy I'd imagine during peak tourist season. Not too meant other coffee options nearby... More

Such a pretty setting..... amazing views on a sunny day. Food is good... on the small side for what you pay. Cakes are yummy. I definatly would recomnend it and will return..... only negative would be the price.
