Spacious, well kept pub.

Mulcahy's tends to e one of my favourite haunts in Clonmel. It is spacious with numerous, comfortable seating options. It also has a fantastic snooker area and offers fantastic food throughout the day.

Came here for dinner with a friend. I ordered the vegetarian lasagne which was not a good choice - it consisted of the lasagne sheets and it was full of tomatoes - no other veg whatsoever... Also the "salad" consisted of a few lettuce leaves with no dressing whatsoever. On the upside the fries were very good. My friend ordered... More

Cauvery is well done, always a great selection and staff don't hang around and are polite and friendly. Always space to sit. Great place to nip into while shopping or in town.

I had lunch here yesterday at lunch time. I went for the beef with veg, roast potatoes & chips. The staff are very efficient behind the counter - unlike carvery in other places where it's just thrown out to you. The staff were very customer friendly and the food was excellent. I am not in the habit of going to... More

I think he is possibly a younger son of the owners,a very rude and ignorant young man. I would not return here again because of his attitude. I also know that an acquaintance of mine who meets some friends for coffee or lunch at least once a week will not be returning because of this individual. Also, the practice of... More

I love the atmosphere there, carvery dinners are delicous, soup is best I have tasted in town. Staff are very nice, and one of the best pints of cider around. One thing I don't like is the prices, a little on the high side I think, but other than that are great place. It accommodates familys, kids, everyone.

We've eaten breakfast many times and always found it very good. The food was good, the prices were reasonable and the staff were always very nice and helpful. The mocha's are to die for. Very good. Never had bad food or service. We've also eaten at the carvery and found it very good. All in all, we really like Mulcahys.
