Had brunch at the cafe today with friends. As I'm from England I was pleased they have scotch egg on the menu and didn't have any hesitation to order it. Really enjoyed it with red onion marmalade and black pudding. Totally delicious :-) The service was great and the ladies were smiley and friendly. I'll definitely come back to this... More

Very good value cafe for a breakfast full meal or light lunch just away from the centre of town so parking available on side streets. Busy at weekend, but be aware they close at 5pm and then menu reduces to snacks after 3pm. Very helpful staff

Been here a couple of times, staff are pleasant and as soon as you enter the door you are greeted. I have only had the breakfast here but it was smashing every time. If your in a hurry avoid at lunchtime as it's very busy at that time. But if you aren't I can't recommend Quimbys more.

We arrived at lunchtime for a sandwich and found Quimby’s Deli packed on both floors with people of all ages some having a light lunch, others a full meal and some just having a coffee. Staff busy but friendly, helpful and efficient. Our sandwiches were made for us and were fresh and tasty. The tables were clean and staff were... More

I had lunch here yesterday with my sister. Lovely food prepared freshly. Lovely friendly staff and suitable for all age groups. Plenty of families eating there and children catered for. Reasonable rates for lunchtime menu. Would definitely eat there again.

The service isn't great but it gets crowded at lunchtimes here so that probably explains it. The food is nice but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here as it is nothing special and if you are pushed for time for lunch you can end up having to eat quickly by the time you are served and... More

Sinead and girls are excellent in what they do. Lovely food and excellent service - very busy at lunch times which speaks for itself.

I've been here a few times now and the food is always great, its got a nice atmosphere and the fact that it's always busy should tell you all you need to know, it's one of those places that you order your food and then take mental notes of the dishes going to other tables because they look so good... I had heard some good reports however I was left very disappointed. Though not very busy I was terribly disappointed with my visit. You could barely think it was so noisy and it wasn't even full. I may as well have been sitting at the table beside me because I could hear every word of their conversation. I asked to... More
