We wandered in for lunch last week and were pleasantly surprised at the special: all mains for 10 Euros. I had a perfectly prepared piece of salmon and my wife had a salad with Dublin Bay prawns. It was a nice lunch in a nice space for a good price.

My husband felt this was the best pour of Guinness he had in Dublin. We also had a great fish chowder and seafood board.

High prices and food nothing of special. To avoid it. At least the place is nice and people that work here are kind.

The food was good, without being anything special. It was also a bit pricey. It would appear, from our experiences and from reviews on here about Howth restaurants in general, that the restaurants on the pier offer nicer food and better value. You could probably find a table here even at bust times

Had a wonderful meal with my wife while in Ireland for honeymoon, both love the food and thought it was great value for money. Will eat here again if we get the opportunity.

Have dined here several times but tonight was the first time I've dined upstairs. Decor is lovely and the place has amazing views of Howth Harbour. Cocktails are great value at 6.50 each or 2 for 10€! My friend and I both availed of the Early Bird and started with the fish cakes, which we both loved. The chicken dish... More

We came on this pub in Howth by chance but enjoyed a quality dinner. The staff was warm and welcoming and certainly looked after us. It was a bit noisy with a largish group of young folk at an adjoining table but then it was a Friday evening. The menu was reasonable and our choice was excellent. I have attached... More

We went to howth to day for lunch as we had a voucher for wrights . We were shown to our table by some one who was totally disinterested in what he was doing . We had looked at the menu on line and there was a set Sunday menu but we were given a full menu as the other... More
