We have received gift voucher for this restaurant. And really have to say it`s a great place to have meal. Howth is very nice place itself, and restaurant has a nice ocean view. We had hot shellfish for starters, my wife got monk fish, and I had fillet steak. All perfect, service is great, we had very good time .... More

Aqua used to be delightful. Now has evolved into a total disregard for clients...attitude appears to be ..get them in and push the out..for Euro 260 for 4 we expected much better ..The ethos sems to be that patrons should be privileged to pay their salaries..too many tables..waiters rushing themselves and patrons a pain to them ???...Mc Donalds has greater charm... Had dinner last night with my partner, we had a voucher which was a Christmas gift, we had raved about the restaurant after a visit last year and hence the gift. We were greeted from a friendly manager, but were surprised to hear him say to a group of 5 standing in front of us that hadn't booked that they... More

Had a late dinner here and it had everything needed to make a memorable experience. Great location, excellent service and exquisite starters and main course. The food is a perfect balance of a simple core (mostly fish on the menu) with vegetables and garnish on the side. Perched out at the end of Howth pier makes it unique and links... More

Aqua is in the functioning seaside fishing village of Houth, about 25 minutes outside of Dublin. It is hard to say which is better, the view or the food. The bar is cozy, and I would like to have had more time there. The oysters were quite good, and this is from someone with access to oysters from the U.S.... More

My kind friend who lives locally brought me here for the second time in one year; we normally go there for some special occasion - but this was just for fun! And the meal was really divine. I thought that my starter of warm goats cheese on salad leaves might be like.... well, like warm goats cheese on salad leaves... More

The location is fanatic. When you step out on the terrace you have a feeling that you are on the boat somewhere in the sea... This is really great. The food was good enough. Although the monkfish could be better. The other thing to note is that the restaurant is not a cheap one, lunch for 4 people with a... More

I promised I would give this place another try given the food was exceptional with possibly the best views in Dublin. Service had let it down first time and wow have they upped their game. Nothing was too much trouble everyone was friendly and polite but not intrusive and again I ate the best prawns ever. Wonderful! Well done to... More

With my parents visiting us in Ireland, they wanted to visit Howth and also have Lunch. This location has been a good, said a friend of mine. As we arrived at 12 pm we were greeted and told the restaurant will open at 12:30 and that we can sit and wait in the bar. We were asked for a drink... More

Dear Thomas W Delighted we were able to host your family and that the experience was good for everyone. I do hope you will visit us again in Howth perhaps in the evening time for one of our spectacular sunsets.
