Ate there this evening after seeing it was number 3 on trip advisor, very poor, waitress was less than interested about working there, my husband chowder was cold, I ordered the advocado & prawn salad, advocado was inedible as it wasn't ripe, left such a bad after taste. Told the waitress about the bad meal while requesting the bill, couldn't have... More

I have been here a few times but yesterday was disgraceful. I had about 40 minutes to spare and decided to take in the fabulous surroundings with the sea and the Dawn princess ship from Australia. A superb sunny day calls for a glass of chilled savignon blanc. The bar was quiet but medsy with dirty glasses everywhere. It took... More

Well if you didn't know you might think you were abroad while sitting on the decking eating. The decking looks out on the Cruise terminal/berthing where we got the chance to see one of them sail off. The food was real nice. Scallops for starter.. possibly a little over cooked but great taste all the same. My husband went for... More

The Quays is one of those places where I don't know whether to write a lot, or a little. There are mixed messages here. I think this is because they do a lot of business in any event, whichever way you look at it, which is a good thing. So ... to the nitty gritty. It is a calm place,... More

We had fantastic food here, from wings to prawns to scallops....and don't get me going on their home fries!!! Excellent food, great staff, what more can ye say? Is really good value, not cheap, but for what you get and the presentation it's worth it. Great outdoor area, was a wee bit breezy for us to sit outside, but the... More

Started out great. My wife and daughter ordered a bowl of the seafood chowder to share, it was wonderful. The Cod was very good and our daughter could not finish the large portion of salmon. Not sure what happened after that, but we were left alone for some 30 minutes. We were the only people sitting outside in the covered... More

Sun. Sea. Coffee. View. Can't think of a better place than to sit on the balcony and watch the world float by - magic. And the snacks weren't bad either!!!

Great place to relax and enjoy a meal! Friendly staff, good food, and great atmosphere. The owner made sure it was a memorable experience for the four Americans and gave us all sorts of travel tips, even though we don't sign the back of our credit cards. :) I highly recommended this place.

This was a quaint restaurant on the harbor. The food was excellent and the service was good. We thoroughly enjoyed the seafood chowder, seafood trio and the largest calamari we have ever seen. The Irish coffee was excellent as well.
