Had a coffee & a toasties in here. It's very nice food at a good price. The coffee was very nice & the sandwich had a nice amount of filling in appose to other places. Nice & cozy. Very clean. I'd recommend this place to friends.

Had been everywhere from Kenmare, all the way down to Clonakilty. And this was the best Coffee - No doubt. I had a lovely toasted panini with chicken and brie and it was very tasty. Was so glad of the coffee after a week of being in "cafes" with no baristas and all machine coffee. Not like that here -... More

We stumbled across this little place whilst having a stroll through Skibbareen. The food was very nice and all home made, however my partner has a very serious allergy to nuts. The waitress told us there was no nuts in the rocky road, unfortunately there was! We had a bit of a nasty scare. They kindly refunded the money for... More

Friendly? It was like being with favorite cousins. I was shocked at the scrumptious lemon drizzle cake - gluten free and the iced soy lattes. The soups and sandwiches - really yummy - to die for. If you want to feel happily welcomed and deliciously fed - go try it. I went there everyday it was open.

Located in central Skibbereen, we visited this cafe a number of times for lunch or breakfast whilst staying in nearby Baltimore. Every time we found the food and coffee to be of excellent quality and the staff were always friendly. This is not the cheapest cafe in Skibbereen but in my opinion you will always get decent value for your... More

Ate here on our first morning in Skib. The woman running the place was as friendly as she could be and the portions were more than generous. Good strong coffee, too.

We sat in the sun and enjoyed a cappuccino and scone. the scones were great with good jam and thick rich cream but the milk for the coffees was overheated which gave them a burnt taste. Busy spot which was serving nice wraps and cakes too.

Apple Betty's is a great place to meet friends or even visit it on your own. The staff are very friendly and the food is great - whether you are looking for breakfast, lunch, coffee or having one of their wonderful mochas. This cafe near the town hall/maid of Erin is well worth a visit if you are in Skibbereen.
