Great food, great bar

We were staying at the West Cork Hotel and this is the hotel restaurant and bar. Great food and a nice bar. We had dinner there and did some line dancing with Bacon and Cabbage. A fun night!

Great Restaurant in The West Cork Hotel. Extensive Menu of Local Produce. You won't be disappointed with the Quality and Value on offer, Service was excellent and the atmosphere relaxing. Cannot fault any aspect of our dining experience

Stopped here on the Easter break on Sunday afternoon. Eat in the bar area, pleasant surroundings. Had the Beef, extremely tender, my partner had the salmon, it was like butter, moist, tasty and one of the best she tasted in some time. Will be back

We visited the West Cork Hotel this morning for breakfast, and when we first arrived we were shown to a table. The waitress laying our table just threw the cutlery and plates down in front of us very messily. When the food arrived it was poorly presented, and quite meagre for what we had payed! This is not the worst... More

My family and I eat in the hotel regularly . We also put our visiting clients and friends there. It is a center point of live in Skibbereen . Indeed it is part of Skibbereens identity . Staff are friendly efficient and very obliging.

After a very long day stopped in the hotel for dinner, I was not disappointed after reading the reviews on trip advisor. I have goats cheese salad for starters which was great and roast lamb which was also great. Staff are so helpful and friendly great job well done.

as I live in Skibbereen, this is a 'fail safe' place to eat lunch or dinner or just for a coffee. Great value in a nice location.

We popped into the West Cork hotel for coffee on a bleak October afternoon and were impressed with the friendly, busy, welcoming vibe in the place. One gets the sense that the hotel is actively engaged in generating local as well as passing business...there is that certain buzz ... On this basis we returned the following evening for dinner in...
