We didn't get here until about 4.30 so fortunately for us there was no crowd, We sat outside in the sun and totally chilled. Our food was delicious and plentiful and their milk shakes and fresh smoothies are yummy. We loved the ambiance of the place and found the staff very pleasant. Best meal we had in a week in... More

Knightstown,Coffee,Shop & Bistro was probably one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. The service was remarkable and everyone one of the staff was so welcoming and kind. I also liked how the owner was around at all times it gave a good vibe. The outdoor seating was so cosy and beautiful, as you were surrounded by colours.... More

The soup is homemade and excellent. As is the food. A friendly, welcome, cosy place. An unusual amount of blue china. On my next visit I will donate some of mine to join the happy throng. There is a buzz inside the cafe. An old world charm yet modern menu. Also visit the tiny Lord Kelvin museum and find out... More

This restaurant serves excellent food, the service is friendly and efficient and prices are reasonable. Added to all that is a charming olde worlde shoppe decor and a covered garden dining area at the back.

I ate here twice in August '14. The first occasion was a bit of a disaster. I called in earlier in the day to make a reservation for 4 adults and two babies. They took my booking without hesitation. Yet when we arrived at 7pm on a Tuesday evening, the restaurant was packed to the doors, no table was available... More

Feels comfortable and cosy and I was expecting simple pub grub, but the food was fantastic and the service couldn't have been better. I had arrived late to the party and the staff bent over backward to get me a starter. Good choice of wines.

This is a real gem. There's a lovely atmosphere, really pleasant and accommodating staff and superb food. Ate here twice with family and were really well looked after. I'd love to spend an hour just mooching around the building there's so much to see, highly recommended
