We stopped in later on an afternoon just to get tea and a scone. We had no advice and simply picked the place at random. There were a few others there, but no crowd. We asked if the scones were made on site and told yes, so we ordered one along with tea for two. In a few minutes the... More

Kelly's bakery in Sneem sells a variety of bread and cakes. The soda bread from there is excellent, as is the other type of bread we tried. The cookies are in a class of their own, especially the double chocolate ones, for sheer chocolately gorgeousness! Well worh a visit.

Stopped here for breakfast last summer on our way home from camping. The breakfast was disgusting. I took about two bites and had to leave it there. There was a strange taste off the tea as well. We just wanted to get out of the place. I dont remember exactly how much it cost but I remember being shocked at... More

We were staying self catering near by, and popped into Sneem village to pick up some bread. Very pleasantly surprised to find this place! Fresh croissants, fantastic real bread, an enormous deli counter of local cheeses. Just fantastic. I'm lucky to get anything like that quality in the city. Well done guys and keep it up.

We were driving the Ring of Kerry (highly recommended) when we stopped in Sneem to have a coffee and a treat. The cafe was very welcoming (with a tempting picture window out front showing off the home made pastries). We got sticky buns that were delicious. The cafe was alive with lots of tourists enjoying themselves. Easy to park in... More

Had a wonderful portion of pizza and an apple pie. Would have given it five stars but went back the next day and was charged 3 euros for two small bottles of water which seemed a bit excessive and more than anywhere else. Top tip is to ask the price before you buy.

Stopped and had amazing local cheese and meats. The owner was warm and friendly and allows you to sample local produce. It was good food at great prices. Would recommend this to anyone who likes locally produced products

Just poped in for some icecream, the best icecream we ever tasted. Reasonable price, and the lady who served me (the lady with glasses) had a good sence of humour, which is rear these days. Her smile made an old man happy. Will call again when passing.
