Worth a visit

We visited during a three day trip and would recommend this hotel. The rooms are spacious and well located to all amenities. Weddings are regularly held here, ideally located next to the lovely Catholic Church. Service is excellent and food is well worth trying. Put it on your list of places to... read more

I stopped here in the way back from kenmare for a light lunch. The hotel itself seems nice - very quaint. I went to the bar area and got a menu. The menu is very limited - no paninis or toasted sandwiches. I ordered the pastrami sandwich on homemade brown bread. The "sandwich" arrived and the presentation was dire. It... More

We did a Christmas Break here in 2014. It was excellent. The hotel limits the number of guests and you really get well pampered. It is not cheap (although a lot less than some others) but you can't expect anything else when people give up their Christmas to make yours.

We stopped here on our way from Dublin to Dingle on recommendation by Declan of Chapter One restaurant in Dublin. Adare is such a cute, quaint town, and we were happy to stop to grab a light lunch. When we walked in, we saw that there was a wedding party that evening and were not sure if we would be... More

Good food, good service but loses the local charm of most places. No small talk with the wait staff which is different from most places in Adare. Good spot for dinner.

It is hard to evaluate the hotel where we stayed overnight in a day when there was a wedding of someone obviously very important in the place, becausethere were so many wedding guests almost as much as delegates to the Congress of organic, which is a fee for accommodation and participation paid by WLF. However, the rooms are large and... More

Attended a wedding here, the quality of the food and drinks was excellent and more impressive than most wedding meals. Service was very attentive, extras were provided for main courses and vegetables. The staff provided a special welcome for guests with children and were very attentive to their needs during the meal.

I came here for a meal with my family, service was good, we were waiting a while for everyone on the table to get a menu. I had the asparagus starter that was beautiful. Some of us, you ordered drinks from the bar such as Guinness as it was not on the drinks menu were waiting a while for our... More
