Really liked the intimate setting! Beautiful tasty food with a lot of choice and friendly welcoming staff!! Will definately return!
We ate here twice for dinner during our visit to Adare Manor in August 2012. The food, the atmosphere, and the service were all excellent. Our waitress both nights (I think her name is Bobbi and she is married to the chef, she's also the baker of the scrumptious bread) could not have been more charming and warm. The food... More
Been twice now. It's warm in there. V. Nice food. Worth a visit. Me and the wife had a lovely dinner with another couple. Good portions and satisfactory house wine.
We stopped to eat at the White Sage Restaurant in Adare and there was a sign on the door saying they had closed so we did not have an opportunity to eat there. But do not dispair - go next door to the Wild Geese restaurant or the Blue Door restaurant - you will not be disappointed with either.
The cutest little restaurant. The lady of the house, French, I think, really knows her food and wine and can help you choose the best combinations. Also, the male waiter was SUPERB! Hi Everyone, Recently i went into white sage and it is amazing. From start: The menu has excellent choices, staff is very professional and fast. I think the Head Chef is Tony, I heard about him before that he is amazing. Well keep up the great work........
The food was outstanding, we weren't really sure what to expect but every mouthful had us oooing and aahhing. We were a little concerned about the cost, €28 for 2 course set menu, but it was definitely worth it!
Went with a party of 12, ordered drinks and food. Took 45 minutes to get the starters!! They never came over to see if we wanted additional drinks, to offer additional bread or even apologise for the delay!! The whole service took 3 hours! There is no excuse and there was no comp, would not plan to go back
I stopped off on my journey as we passed this lovely cottage. I loved the style of this place, nearly like your in your own old cottage. Very friendly staff and good service, the food was also good Would return
Ate here recently, and literally everything in each course, was delicious. Somebody really cares about food here, and presents it beautifully, with care, and a noticeable interest in ensuring that you have a memorable experience. That said, the service wasn't in your face but was there if and when you needed. Where nicer to eat than in the beautiful village... More
