This is my favorite spot in Kinsale!

The White House is another great pub in Kinsale. We had dinner there once and entertainment at least twice. The young lasses in their fine Irish wardrobe doing the Irish dances were just what you would want to see when you come to Ireland!

This place seemed rather old fashioned, although there is nothing wrong with that, of course, and it was also a bit formal. The atmosphere lacked something but the place was quite popular, nevertheless. We had places like this in the Isle of Man years ago, popular with my parents' generation despite a lack of character. When I read the menu... More

Went in here, because it was quite late and they were still serving food. We were glad we did, as the food was really good. The service was good too, friendly and attentive. Definitely worth a visit if staying in Kinsale.

Had most of our meals in Kinsale here, went once, liked it, so hence went back! Good standard of food, maybe not too many frills, but the food is good. Tried everything from a lunch snack "steak roll to several of their main meals, all good, including steaks mussels, the "traditional Irish stew! and their seafood pasta dish(wifes choice) Friendly... Michael the bartender is one of the friendliest people you will meet and the food is reasonably priced and of the highest quality.

Had a lunch here which was very nice and reasonably priced, staff were very attentive even though they were very busy, tempura prawns were very tasty and the mussels as a main was massive, worth a visit even just for a drink as always made more than welcome and has a nice warm atmosphere...

Visited for dinner on a winter Sunday evening. The food and service were good, with the exception of the children menu item we ordered for the youngest member of our party. The main course for the adults was good, but they burned my son's burger. While I believe it to be an isolated incident, I had an issue with my... More

I went here with my girlfriend last Saturday (March 21st) and there was no problem getting a table even though the bar was packed due to the Rugby being on TV. I ordered the Chowder for Started and Steak Baguette for main. I was very happy with both (nearly). The only one thing I was a little bit against was... More

Food quality was about average. Service was good and the waitresses were very helpful. The restraunt was in the center of town within easy walking distance to the B&B
