I really can't understand what all the terrible reviews are about. My cousin and I went here for dinner one night last week and we found the food wonderful. Really delicious. Definitely better than you'd get in your average chippy. I suggest people give this place another chance. It's well worth it. more

Came to Kinsale with three kids and didnt feel that Fishy Fishy was was for us as all three kids are under 10. The nautical decor was kitschy and held promise but it did not carry over to the food. All the fish was heavly breaded and deep fried. The fries (chips) were thick and greasy. Not much redeeming here.... more

These were the worst fish and chips I have had in ages. All frozen. Nothing I saw was fresh and the hygiene was dubious.I'd rather eat blowfish more

Though there was a long line when we went, I can't understand why. I ordered fish and chips and mushy peas were included. My fish, peas, and chips were all a bit mushy and did not stay hot as I had hoped. I barely ate it and ended up eating elsewhere later. more
