We happened upon this spot, while walking around Kinsale. Decided to stop in for lunch. Had wonderful bagel sandwiches!!! Nice, friendly staff as well.

My sister & I found this gem by accident on a visit to Kinsale. We asked a gent on the street if he could recommend somewhere for lunch & he recommended Cucina. A lovely friendly young Aoife greeted us & chatted to us. Such a lovely sweet girl. We had a little wait for it but as it is prepared... More

We had a really enjoyable lunch after discovering Cucina as we walked through the area. The food was very tasty, the people were really friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was good. In fact, we enjoyed everything so much that we went back the next afternoon for coffee and a snack. Another great stop.

The crab salad here is amazing...so fresh & tasteful. My husband had the daily 'special' which was a spicy sausage pasta, also excellent! Service was extremely courteous & friendly, we are happy to highly recommend this restaurant.

Just had lunch and it was scrummy. Poratbello mushrooms in focaccia bread. Service was very good too and the guy interacted with everyone giving advise about Kinsale, greeting regulars and adding that little extra. Bottom line the food says it all. Definitely will be back.

Had lunch with friends here on a Saturday it really is a nice little place with good food. The staff are friendly and its just nice to go in and have a roll or a bap with a cup of coffee. Can be a bit busy as is it in the heart of Kinsale, but I wouldn't let that turn... More

We stumbled upon Cucina one morning when we had showed up for the local market WAY too early (darn guide book). One of our party hadn't eaten breakfast and the rest of us figured we'd just get coffee. Well when I saw eggs benedict on the menu, I couldn't resist. So glad I did not. They were AMAZING! The bacon... More

Had a cappuccino here this week - well that is what it was called on the menu. However a cappuccino is a shot of espresso topped with frothy milk served in a normal sized coffee cup. This abomination was about half a pint of brown sludgy stuff topped with some milk froth served in what looked like a yellow bucket... More
