Very good food with great choice of seafood, as you'd expect. Portions were massive, so don't order too much! Nice coffee too.

Ate here on Saturday....was expecting great things as its associated with a 4* hotel. Greatly disappointed. Sat outside as it was a lovely day.....plagued by wasps so moved tables. Then they 'followed us' so moved indoors. Waited 35 minutes for our lunch - was after the rush hour so wouldn't like to have been there then! Charged €5 for a... More

I am rating Dunes bar as very good because the food was fabulous & the location perfect, however some aspects would only be rated as average. The menu is nice with a great choice & given the surroundings the price is not too bad either. It was busy when we were there but there was plenty of staff, service was a little slow.... More

We had lunch here this week, the staff were lovely, especially the older ladies. It is expensive but the food is lovely and the presentation is superb. It is very noisy and loud due to babies and buggies and children so not for the faint hearted but we have children too so its not as noticeable, you could see older... More

We dined here twice during our hotel stay. The first evening it was very busy so I gave the staff the benefit of the doubt that they were so busy - service lacked. I asked for mayonnaise and it came out when my meal was finished!!! The second evening was a lot quieter and still the service lacked. It appeared... More

This restaurant came highly recommended, no surprise that it was very busy even on a Monday evening. Although this July visit was during the best summer tourist season, the wait time for a table was long. They do not take reservations, so what to do? enjoy the fabulous scenery of the sandy beach and warm weather (even for Ireland). The... More

We ate here last night as non-residents. We hadn't booked a table and were fortunate to get a table - although there were many tables outside too. We were welcomed as we entered and shown to our table. What was noticeable immediately was the friendliness and the quickness of the staff. Although it was extremely busy, our drinks order was... We decided to stop in at the bar at Inchydoney hotel on our travels around West Cork. On arrival we were greeted by a waiter who asked us if we were eating or drinking. We said just a drink please, he took our order and told us he would bring it over to us and we said ok we will... More

We stopped in here for lunch after taking a walk along Inchydoney Beach. It was a good job that we had built up an appetite as the potions were generous. Check out the 'catch of the day' if it is available … very fresh and very tasty. The staff were very friendly and our food arrived promptly. Not the cheapest... More
