Had an evening meal in Sage which we enjoyed although the kids were quite limited in their choice, which disappointed our 7 year old son who enjoys trying different foods! Nice setting but no obvious location, as we only found it after receiving a recommendation from someone.

We ate in Sage last Saturday night on a visit to Midleton. It was the best meal we had in ages. Nice choices and a little different to the norm. Food beautifully cooked and presented. The staff were very friendly and efficient which always adds to a night out I have no hesitation in recommending Sage and will definitely go... More

Went there for lunch with 3 friends, all of us lived the food, daily specials were delicious. Selection of drinks is very good. Prices low considering quality of food and service. Staff very friendly, helpful and professional. Definitely will come back when in Midleton.

This is my fifth time going to Sage and I always enjoy my meals there. Went for early bird dinner yesterday, and since I do not eat pork, I found the menu for starters very limited (only soup and courgettes are good for me) as the prawns included salami and the beef carpaccio had chorizo Could I suggest an addition... We went here on a recommendation and it definitely lived up to it. Beautiful restaurant. I had the black pudding and my wife had the prawns to start. Both flawless. For mains I had the pork shoulder and my wife had the gnocchi. Again extremely good. We didn't have dessert. Next time. Coffee great too! One of the best meals... More

Booked after reading reviews and on a recommendation. The restaurant itself was warm and welcoming with a lovely ambience and the staff were attentive without being intrusive. The food was fantastic, lamb Wellington, baby carrots and beetroot with a Midleton Brick for dessert, chocolate moouse with a marshmallow top. Can't wait to go back.

Kevin Ahern was recently awarded best chef in Munster. It is a such a treat to savour and taste the food all sourced within 12 miles! Wild flowers adorn the tables and the colour and the surroundings make it a very peaceful place to dine! An experience! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff!

I went here for Sunday lunch with my daughter for her birthday. We only had one course each as we wouldn't have an appetite for more at lunchtime and the bill including one glass of (delicious) elderflower lemonade came to 40 euro. Having said that, everything was lovely and my daughter said her meal was one of the nicest she... More

When in Midleton today we stumbled upon this beautiful restaurant by pure chance we didnt have a reservation but were received with a smile. The food here is fantastic, the staff are very pleasant and friendly. The price for two starters two mains and one glass of wine was very reasonable. Overall a great meal in a lovely restaurant.
