Humble Excellence

The greeting was very friendly and sincere. The menu is extensive with beautiful meat and fish options. There wasn't just your usual token vegetarian option either- there were lots of real quality and tasty vegetarian options. The Calamari & Tiger Prawn starter was stunning. A big thumbs up from all of us. There was 4 adults and 5 under 4's. A big plus from me is when they bring the children's food before the adults so then they are not screaming looking for their food. The quality of the food is amazing, the childrens menu is very nutritional and the children didn't leave any... More

Where do I start. One of my favourite places to eat in East Cork. 5 mins from home we often stop off on the way home from work and have often taken friends and family there at weekends or for something special. We never have had anything to complain about. The menu is wide and varied - and we have... More

We went there for sunday lunch as we had heard such great reviews of the place and were keen to try. The amount of reserved tables spoke volumes about their reputation. We were there with our 10 month old who got great attention as was even trilled to have the exact same high chair as he has at home!! He... More

Seven of us went and each chose a different dish. None were disappointed although the tuna steak was a little salty. The Chef sent small tasters of "Soup of the day". Excellent deserts

Back for a revisit to celebrate a birthday with much anticipation. There was a sign outside saying that there was fresh monkfish and I couldn't resist. Best. Monkfish. Ever. Get there before it's gone!

We eat in rosies often as its just down the road from us. I can honestly say that we've never had a bad meal. The food is always good and the menu changes regularly. It is full of great seasonal dishes which makes great use of local produce. The service is always good and the staff are friendly. We've taken... More

Had a lovely lunchtime meal here. There was a bit of a wait as it was so busy, but they gave us complimentary tasters of their soup of the day and it was fantastic! Looking forward to going back there.

Hello There Thank you for taking the time to write a review on our restaurant. Our little tasters of soup are very popular and help when there is a bit of a wait due to us being so busy. We look forward to seeing you back soon! Kind Regards Karen More
