Great Food

Had a lovely lunchtime meal here. There was a bit of a wait as it was so busy, but they gave us complimentary tasters of their soup of the day and it was fantastic! Looking forward to going back there.

I ate here with my mother a few weeks ago. We were given a table upstairs and there was absolutely no atmosphere. Furthermore, it was quite chilly. The front-of-house guy wasn't particularly welcoming, and, dare I say it, dour. The food was fine, not worth what we were charged though. This is one place that did not live up to... More

This restaurant is middle of the road for me, no wow factor. First impression the outside/footpath area needs attention and when you enter you need to catch the eye of a busy server to get a table. In busy times its a bit manic.

I regularly dine at the Pepperstack Bistro and always give it very good reviews. But the last time that I recently ate there was disappointing. The service was good as usual. But the food wasn't as good as it normally is. I had the salmon for my mains. The salmon itself was fine, but I did not like the couscous... More

Went with family for Sunday lunch. Food was fabulous and staff very pleasant. Will be back again. Very cosy restaurant with a separate bar to side of it. Large menu available so there's something for everyone.

Rosies is a gem, regularly visit here and could never tire of the warm welcome and tasty affordable menu. Recently enjoyed the Mexican themed night here and it demonstrated the creativity of the chefs particularly when it came to the desserts. The fish dishes are always fresh and tasty and the specials board is always full of different choices. Hungry... More

This is a favourite of ours. The food is excellent and the service is superb. I would highly recommend this pub/restaurant to anyone. The menu overall is a little pricey (above average), but the food is well above average too, excellent in fact. The staff are fantastic as well and there is always a relaxed atmosphere there, so it's a... More

Take your time on a Friday afternoon to drive from the city out to lovely Aghada! Park up for a walk and finish the evening off with a good meal here. Nice atmosphere going on as down stairs has a bar feeling while up stairs is more restuarant. Steady pub grub will be had with a nice selection. Teetering on... More

I booked a table for 5pm last Sunday evening for 5 people. On arrival we were took upstairs to be told "Sorry we don't have a table at present" We were asked to take a seat in the bar while they found us a table. I wouldn't have minding waiting if we didn't have a booking but I had booked... More
