The food is always good, but it is expensive for where it is, and the fact that there is always a shortage of wines offered on the wine list. I am always disappointed by the paper napkins, given the prices that are charged, but it is comfortable, and the... More

Highly recommend the steak!!! And very impressed with the children's menu, which included dishes like a prawn bruschetta.

Quaint little restaurant in a small little town. Extremely fresh. We waited 45mins for our steaks. The mushrooms and onions were incredible. They had a real 'charcoal' flavour. The atmosphere were so homely and warm. We sat right beside a fire. It was a lovely atmosphere and the staff could not have been friendlier. If you are American and reading... More

Totally satisfied with this restaurant. We were group of 8 and took all different dishes from lobster , lamb , crab claws and t-bone steak .... All the dishes were fabulous. Definitely recommend this place if you are visiting Cork.

We went to this restaurant by chance coming back from Toy Soldiers Factory. Very nice and cosy place, very nice waitresses, and very good food at great value. We will come back!

Wow , amazing food , scallops were dreamy ,lamb was so tenderand such beautiful ambience. From when we entered with a lovely warm welcome , the staff were there when required, but in the background. My daughter of 9, thoroughly enjoyed herself in her book "the chocolate crunch cheesecake was better than any other desert ever!"

From the outside looked like a lovley restaurant but once you step in the door and into the dinning room it was like a different world. Staff were very friendly and couldn't have been any more helpful. Food was absolutely delicious, I had the lambs liver and the best complement i can give it is "it would give my mothers... More
