We enjoyed a dinner at Granville's after returning from a long day around Killarney. There or seven and our party including two older adults and three children. The restaurant was very accommodating and we got a very nice table by the fire. We arrived after the early bird special head ended up at the restaurant allowed us to order off... More

Granville's is a nice restaurant. But not spectacular. It does good food. But nothing beyond what should be a good cut of meat and very nicely cooked. Really though, does an '11 oz' Rib Eye steak have to cost 25 Euro? So i think the price is based on the all expenses paid business traveller who worries-not about budget. If... More

Celebrated my birthday with some friends on Sunday night and it was wonderful. The food from starters to mains to desserts were scrumptious. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We will be returning.

Macroom is a beautiful country town and a great place to stop on the journey from Cork to Killarney, or better still stay for a night. This is our second experience in Granvilles and it was there approx 2 years ago that I first tasted Taylors Ruby Port, this time I had to make do with Cockburns which wasn't bad... More

Fortunately we booked in advance as this seems to be a very popular spot and the restaurant was almost full on a Sunday evening in January. Food is of excellent quality with a few very small niggles. For starters, my wife had a prawn dish which was really excellent. I had a black pudding and bacon salad, of which the... More

I have not had a meal here for almost a year, it was wonderful then and continues to be wonderful now. The high level of training the staff receives is evident in the level of service they deliver. This coupled with excellent well cooked food from an extensive menu makes it a perfect night out for couples or small groups. Dear Ger, Thank you for taking the time to review Granville's for a second time. We are really delighted that you enjoyed both the food and the service. Perhaps a more gentle reminder that the table was reserved again would be sufficient and more welcoming. We hope to see you again soon at Granville's. Kind Regards Paul & Leonie More
