An Indian with that bit extra

This is a “more expensive than your average” Indian restaurant, but for us, it’s worth that bit more. You’re always greeted with a warm welcome, the tables are a decent size and not too close to neighbouring tables, and a personal thing I like in restaurants – they have white tablecloths. I went for lunch today 29/3. The restaurant is lovely and the waiting staff were top class. We were a table of six and one person was paying for the meal as a thank you to the rest of us.The cost for two courses was e 21.95 including a class of wine. The starter was fine,Haryali Boti ,3 pieces if... More

I m a chef myself. I visited here because I friend of mine recommended to me. I was in the area so thought should visit. And man I was surprised to see how busy it was. I had scallop for starter. Not an easy dish but was excellent. Not raw but was not over cooked either. The main course was... More

I do eat Indian or Pakistan food once in a while. With this experience I can even understand why some of the restaurants I rate in Belgium fair to good are sometimes a disappointment for some UK or Irish tourist. This place is truly good. When it says spicy...... it is spicy. So be warned if you are mild spicy... More

Ate here a few weeks ago but still remember how good this place was. We went on a Friday night and hadn't booked and were lucky to get a table - the place was packed and we saw people being turned away later. So at the weekends looks like booking is essential. Being from Manchester Curry Mile is on our... More

My favourite place for an Pakistani/Indian meal in the Dublin area. Not your typical one sauce fits all curry type establishment. You know you're getting something special. Been several times and will go back more.

I had lunch with some business friends here last week. The restaurant was initially quiet (it was a Monday) but filled up after a while. It is nicely decorated wit several round boothes suitable for 6 people opposite a nice bar/greeting area, and usual tables at the back. The waiting staff were friendly and good. They were able to answer... More

Always loved it here and the last few visits have been the perfection that I have experienced over the many years that I have frequented the restaurant. The food is of course sublime but don't miss the cocktails! Very tasty!

The recent reviews say it all - great food, attentive service, interesting and different menu with just enough choice but not too much. Beautiful interior, not cramped in next to the next table. Ask for a booth, they are very comfortable and private. If you're in Malahide, don't miss this great restaurant.
