Very nice service and good food with generous dishes and tasty local beers. I left that place stuffed and do recommend it.

Was there recently. Took almost 90 mins to get main courses even though only 8 other customers on a Saturday night. When it arrived it was of poor standard and the v staff didn't seem to know the menu or what the items should be... local person and will not go back...

How nice that it is possible to get decent sushi in a picturesque Irish town! You wouldn't necessarily notice Wasabi as it is unobtrusively set on the top floor of a building with a more flashy cafe underneath--but on a recent Friday night it was a quiet, calm, classy place to have dinner with friends. The service was good and... More

Sushi was fine but too many other things were substandard. Weak soy sauce, tea not nice, not japanese rice with the main courses, which were pretty bad. Way too much oil in the dishes, fish was way overlooked, and seafood udon had not very little seafood and lots of chicken. And service was unhelpful and waiter couldn't even pronounce the... More

We went here as a group of 4 and I most say, none of us was disappointed with the choices availabl, taste and the service. Although it's a Japanese eatery, there were Chinese and Thai options on the menu and I'm usually wary of specialised restaurants that delve into other dishes, but I needn't have fretted in this case. We... More

We had not eaten Japanese food before so our visit was a real discovery. The waitress explained the dishes well and we were pleased with our choices. The tempura squid was awesome - it made many calamari offerings in other restaurants seem very rubbery and soggy because the batter here was light and wonderfully crisp. Flavours were subtle and the... More

Right in the town centre this small restaurant has so much to offer. From friendly and efficient staff to nice atmosphere and very tasty Japanese food. Teriyaki salmon and Kimuchi Gyuniku Itame is what we had and we were not disappointed.

We're quickly becoming regulars here - the food is amazing, staff attentive and friendly, very easy to reach being a few steps from the DART and bus stops. And very reasonably priced too. We go often for romantic nights out, or with friends - they cater for everyone: from sashimi to vegetarian, great range of dishes, and all delicious!

We eat here very regularly, staff are brilliant - very attentive. This place has really good sushi at very reasonable prices. I have tried out a few other places in Dublin and Malahide for sushi and I like this the best
