Food was adequate but felt over charged for what we got. Man behind the bar not friendly, felt like he did not want us there.

Had lunch here recently ..lovely setting great staff and good wholesome food at a reasonable price. It is one of those places that you could actually pass the day away in such was the easygoing nature of the place . I would recommend that you get the chicken and the profiteroles are just to die for. My first time visiting... More

Called in on spec on a windy Sunday night. Really nice pub and restaurant upstairs. Unusual layout, but a friendly welcome from two different staff members. Food good straight forward and better than average pub food. Good value. One poor pint of Guinness was replaced without any fuss, and the next one was perfect Hard to fault when the staff... More

This is a busy spot, and it's difficult to get a table during the tourist season. It doesn't help that they stop serving after nine pm. at weekends and seven pm. the other days! We ate in the nice-but-noisy bar at lunchtime. Our waitress was terrific, and we were served promptly. The chowder, burger and cod/seabass dishes were first rate,... More

Hi Folks & Bundoran Revellers, Just though I'd take a moment to review a trip to Maddens over the Easter Bank Holiday Weekend. As my title suggests I wasn't entirely bowled over my trip to Maddens. Allow me to tell you the back story before I retell my nightmare. I'm a native of Enniskillen (about 40 mins from Bundoran.) Frequently... More

Went to maddens on Wednesday 7th August, it was a lovely evening and we sat outside-just like being in Spain!!! Food was freshly cooked, good portions and delicious. We also got a lovely bottle of merlot and the creme brûlée was delicious. The staff were helpful and friendly particularly the girl behind the bar even though they were very busy.... More
