Always great food

Maddens is a quaint pub /restaurant that serves great beer and even better food. Never disappointed, weather we have a 3 course meal or a bowl of soup and a sandwich. Friendly staff, great atsomphere and lovely setting.

The food is always good, as is the atmosphere. The Chicken Carbonara is to die for! The meal sizes are substantial too, you won't leave hungry.

Just visited the Bridge Bar at weekend. Though Bundoran was very quiet the bar was buzzing. We were staying elsewhere but went to Maddens Bridge Bar for an evening meal. Lamb shank and mexican fajitas were delicious. Service by a waitress was courteous, helpful, patient and friendly. The house wine was excellent and not overly priced for Donegal. We enjoyed it so... Took a day trip to Bundoran to have some food and watch the rugby. What a lovely place. Food was brilliant and so was the Guinness. Great value. Will return when we're back to Bundoran.

My boyfriend, his family & I went to Maddens for a beautiful meal between Christmas & New Year. Three of us had the prawn and crab claws and I would highly recommend it, there were many crab claws in the dish and I was delighted to dig out the fantastic meat which I enjoyed with the chunky rustic style bread.... Second time to eat here. Both times it was excellent. Always busy which is a good sign. Lamb is excellent.

Stayed in bundoran for 1 week and ate here twice. I'm a vegan so I don't like eating at non veggie places because I feel like I'm such a hassle. Here they made me a lovely salad, no question asked or funny faces made. Very lovely stuff, friendly and welcoming.
