We stayed on a Sumday night. The staff and owners are welcoming, friendly, informative, fun. Authentic castle with suits of armour and original features. The bar and restaurant are beautiful. The five course dinner and breakfast are the best food I have ever eaten. The room we stayed in number 8, was huge with lovely views of the back of... More

Had the 8 course tasting menu here recently. Lovely surrounding on a stormy night, all fires going in the big house. Staff were very welcoming and showed us to bar with menus while we had drink looking over them before taking order and being shown to table when ready to serve. Food was excellent better than many Michelin restaurants, and... More

Belleek castle is simply beautiful, I visited it with my mother for afternoon tea and everything was perfect. I must say the staff were so helpful, I can't say enough about them, the employer should be proud to have such people help run this special establishment. If you're going to ballina and want to try something a little out of... More

The experience we had in this castle and at this restaurant was truly fairy-tale like. Poped in whilst in Ballina on business and finished early. Place was quiet but was greeted by Daniel and from then on experienced attentive but not in your face service from all the staff. The early evening fixed menu was excellent with all the dishes beautifully presented and flavorsome. You can taste the passion in the food. I hand the... More

This was our night to splurge! The three course dinner is €30 each plus wine. The meal was excellent! My wife had the duck and I had the slow braised beef. Both were perfect. The meal included a starter and dessert both of which were great. The ambiance is charming and the service attentive. A memorable experience.

Set in a beautiful castle, you are greeted with a smile, made feel very comfortable and brought to your table. The staff are extremely friendly, the menu just wonderful. Starters to die for and the signature dish, the drunken bullock just marvellous in both how it is served and how it tastes! A wonderful dining experience will definitely visit again.
