Delicious fresh fish

Had some fish and chips here in August. Wonderful friendly staff who were very welcoming. The Fish was so fresh and delicious. Chips were a disappointment, seemed to be oven chips - definitely not home made which you would expect from this restaurant.

Walked in late as we couldn't get into the places we wanted. Place is dated and the food was let's say ok. Had seafood chowder which was fair, steaks were fair as was the rest of our choices. Would pass on this place.

Good value restaurant ,plenty of choice .Some lovely fish dishes.Early bird menu from 6pm-9pm which is a lot better than some of the other restaurants that finish at 6.30pm-7pm.

I had only the stuffed mushrooms, nothing special about them, and that was €19!! Should normally be a €9 side at most. Others at the table had the salmon as the catch of the day, and they said that was pretty good, and indeed the mushrooms are tasty but everything ordered was way overpriced. Service was ok. The young woman... More

The salmon was well cooked but what restaurant cooks all vegetables in one pot . The side plate of vegetables was overcooked and presented poorly. Carrots celery leek and greens together in one watery mess was a disappointment . Georgina Campbell needs to rate this establishment again . Too expensive for a very average establishment.

The mussels I had here were superb--large and tasted of the sea. Tried elsewhere in Ireland but never as good. The waitstaff was attentive, and overall a very welcoming experience. I had the "early bird" menu, and so the price was right as well. The best restaurant I ate at in Dingle.

Enjoyed the food but shocked by the bill. At these prices I would expect the rear "garden" to provide a pleasant outlook. It was very rundown and shabby with some piece if ironwork lying on top of an eyesore of a shed. Also a large rubbish bin was in view.

Well-cooked meat and fish, but at these prices one might expect vegetables - the one option irrespective of main, so brought as a side for all - that were not seriously overcooked, tasteless, soggy and pale (a mix of carrots, celery and something else originally green). I now note the same in other recent reviews. The service was polite. The... More

Wet Wet Wet in Dingle this evening Tried to get a table in Paudies in The Dingle Bay Hotel but was absolutely packed & having waited 40 mins decided to leave . We got a table no bother in Lord Bakers. I had the seafood chowder, which was nice but the best chowder in Dingle in my opinion is in a... More

You can't really beat Lord Bakers if you are visiting Dingle. On my recent visit I popped in again for a bite to eat. The staff are always extremely friendly and helpful. If it's seafood you're after you're in the right spot, I would highly recommend it. The food is always fresh and well presented. It always seems to draw... More
