On a midweek October break in Dingle, my boyfriend & I took a chance on this very unassuming restaurant. I am vegetarian so didn't expect anything more than pasta from the small fishing village. It was a Wednesday night at the start of October, we arrived with no reservation but we're greeted & seated by the chef himself. I questioned... More

We were there on a Monday night and we did not go for the Early Bird menu. We had I think an 8PM reservation and the first seating was just clearing out so the staff was very busy transitioning to the next seating and at first I thought we weren't going to get good service but I really didn't care... We ate here on a Saturday night and the place was buzzing. We were seated promptly and asked if we would like a drink immediately. The service continued to be at a very high standard for the rest of our meal. I must say that this was some of the best food I have eaten - the attention to detail,... More

We dined in the place last week and the food was nothing short of amazing, the servers were efficient, not terribly friendly but the food was spot on. It's worth going to Dingle just to eat here. Fantastic

Yearly trips to Dingle would not be complete without dinner in The Global Village - I have yet to have a better meal in any other restaurant, anywhere! We look forward to it and have never been disappointed - fab food, interesting wines & service that makes you feel spoilt, If only we lived nearer.............

We went for dinner here while in Dingle a few weeks back, and staff was very accommodating at fitting us in for Early Bird menu even though we did not have a reservation. The early bird menu was extensive for a special, and was great value for money. I had the trio of Dingle crab starter and my husband had... More

The food was really well presented and nicely cooked, with a good variety. The staff looked after us really well.

Ever year we visit dear friends in Dingle and every year we look forward to savouring the wonderful fayre at this Main Street eatery. The façade blends with the local environment but once you step inside, you are taken on a culinary journey that is hard to beat in the south of Ireland! All the ingredients are sourced locally, in... We went for the early bird menu, it had plenty of choice and fitted our two tastes. The service was excellent but not intrusive, a simple way either by the glass or by the carafe. The food was beautifully cooked and retained all the flavour and taste that food deserves. The decor is simple and clean, I've had worse meals... More
