We had the tasting menu which was simply beautiful. Every thing on it was exquisite. There are a lot of reasons to go to Dingle, but this restaurant should be the main reason.Forget about the Dolphin and the pubs, just eat here. it was also very reasonable in a very pricey town.

Everything here is incredible. It received Ireland's Best Emerging Cuisine in 2014 for good reason. Local organic greens, beautiful fresh fish and meats. The fish quality, choice and preparation is unbeatable - contemporary and healthy but still indulgent and worthy of a special occasion. Early-bird menu is great value if you want gourmet on a budget. Affordable and cool (small... More

Our B&B hosts directed us to this restaurant, and our group appreciated it so much that we ate there two nights. Also, it was one of the few in that area that stayed open late. Everyone enjoyed good Irish food!

Such a gem of a restaurant . Very helpful, smiling staff and amazing food all locally sourced. We had heard a lot of positive things about this restaurant and we had to have a meal here as we had traveled from Dublin for a wedding. We certainly were not disappointed. I would highly recommend a visit if you are in the... More

We had a delicious meal of lamb, and a fish we believe to be Hage? An appetizer of ox tongue and cheek terrine with fresh greens. All food was locally grown and so fresh. We had a lovely 2011 New Zealand Pinot Noir along with the meal.

We had a great meal here, recommended by a relative of ours who lives locally. We arrived nice and early, to catch the early bird menu. The trio of crab is something else! Service was excellent.

Liked the food, but very impressed by the manager - Anthony - who spotted that we were having a service related problem and before we had said a word was at the table to find out what had happened. The issue could have derailed an otherwise lovely evening, ut he completely dealt with it. A restaurant with that level of... More

The food is presented beautifully and tastes wonderful. The starters in particular are delicious and the crab starter is outstanding!! Much of what we had came from their garden and from local producers which made it all the better since we were tasting a little bit of Dingle!

We loved the food at Global Village. Whisky/crab soup; goat-cheese mousse; paupiettes of plaice with shellfish mousse and green pea foam, scallops with potato pancake. No room for a sweet, which was a pity, since they looked great, too. Service was fine but not up to the standard of the cooking.
