Stopped here for lunch on a day trip to Kenmare. As the weather was fabulous we had the pleasure of sitting out on the lovely outdoor balcony overlooking the sea. Staff are friendly and take time out to chat to the customers. Lunch was the best we'd had all week during our stay in Kerry. Very reasonably priced too. Would... More

Stopped at Cons on a nice sunny day,we sat out on the balcony to take in the beautiful views ,we both had the seafood salad and it was superb ,a big plate of a variety of shellfish and fish with salad and brown soda bread ,accompanied by a glass of guinness, perfect.Strongly recommended.

Only popped in for a quick bite before we went on the Kenmare Wildlife cruise of Kenmare bay and we were very pleased. Had toastie specials with vegetable soup. Soup was gorgeous served with lovely homemade brown bread. Tasted very fresh. I asked for no tomato on the toastie which was no issue, however tomatoes came on my side salad... More

Enjoyed a fantastic day here yesterday, had a lovely cruise 1 st and then settled across in the outdoor seating area , staff couldn't have done more for us, waited for us to decide when we wanted to eat, would definitely make this a stop again, not to skipped if the sun is splitting the rocks... We called in to Cons for a late lunch, it was 4.30 on a Sunny Sunday afternoon and we were very happy to find that lunch was still being served. We were both very impressed with the food, the lovely veiw from the resturant and the very friendly waitress. Our day had started off badly with another 'restaurant' and ended... More

Stopped here after driving the Ring of Beara. It was my 1/2 century mark so the wife and I delighted in a libation or two. Having grown up in a sailing community north of boston I enjoyed the setting of the sailing center. The Kenmare Bay Mussels and Dingle Bay Crab Claws fit the bill. We would go back in... More

Went here 9th June, ordered the fish chowder. We had 2 vegans in our party and they ordered veg stir fry. Have been here before and it was very good however this time the chowder just tasted like water. It had no dill, no mussels, no prawns just a few lumps of what tasted like frozen fish in a very...
