On a recent stay in Kenmare, I saw this restaurant was recommended on Trip Advisor so I booked it for Saturday night and was not disappointed. The food was delicious and the staff were very nice, friendly and were knowledgable about the food on the menu. Mostly fish dishes on the menu but there were other options, like steak, chicken... This is an excellent restaurant with equally excellent food. I have eaten here twice in the last few months and the food from starter to desert has been 1st class. The lady owner is very pleasant and seems to give equal attention to all her clients. Sea bass and Rib eye both beautiful.

We ate here when travelling through Kenmare during the Rally of the Lakes weekend. We stopped to avoid the traffic goiong back to Killarnye but are so gald that we did. We will be back. The poached pear starter was excellent and the duck risotto one of my best dishes ever. The food would not be out of place at... More

We had dinner at d'Arcy's on a weeklong road trip through Ireland. Aileen was such a wonderful hostess and made our dining experience excellent. She had so many stories and helpful tips for our travels. The food was excellent, very fresh and delicious. If you're spending the night in Kenmare, I'd highly recommend you check out d'Arcys.

We went to d'arcy's restaurant for a meal while in Kenmare for my hen party. The owner/manager was extremely helpful & accomodating! She gave us the use of The Tom Crean Room for the meal & allowed us to decorate it for the occassion. She also provided information on things to do in Kenmare. The food at the restaurant was... More

We really enjoyed our meal on Friday night last. The crab & prawn souffle was delicious & the braised steak with bacon & mushroom was one of the most memorable dishes I have had in quite a while. My wife had the mushroom soup & the duck, which again was excellent. Decent portions accompanied by veg that was spot on,... More

While not the most expensive,-the Food and wine were well received and the roaring fire gave a great athmosphere. There was no doubt that the Lady owner was related to Tom Crean -when she went out of her way for us.

My husband and I loved D'Arcy's. We spent 10 days traveling all over Ireland and we both felt this was the best food, atmosphere and experience we had on our entire trip. The owner waited on us and she couldn't have been more friendly. She gave us a map of the area and recommended several things for us to visit... More

We were attracted to D'arcys by their table and chairs in the sun outside the Townhouse. We enjoyed some excellent salmon mousse and wine while perusing the menu and chatting to Aileen the owner/proprietor. We returned to enjoy a great meal that evening in the comfortable and elegant dining room. Unfortunately we had already booked in to stay elsewhere that... More
