Very nice vegetarian options

Friendly and helpful staff, and it was nice to get an option of a lentil bake rather than the usual pasta for vegetarians. We all thought our food was delicious and beautifully cooked. A good Kenmare option.

Excellent seafood , perfectly cooked - so it tastes delicious & satisfying! The menu is interesting & varied , but we both chose fish ,and if you want good food cooked in the hands of an obviously capable chef - this restaurant is recommended.

Booked a table to celebrate my wife's birthday with our two sons (9&11) whilst on a weekend break in Kenmare. Even though we arrived 30 mins late on a very busy weekend our table was waiting. Perfect attention from the staff, great meals which included poached lobster for our 9yr old, mussel platter for our 11yr old, Monk fish for... More

We came here because the restaurant we had reservations at was closed. We were very happy that we did. The food was excellent. The service was fast and didn't make us feel rushed. The decor was well done with a lot of Tom Crean memorabilia and pictures. We were very happy that we came to eat here and we will... More

We were kept waiting to be seated quite a long time, with waiting staff passing back and forth in front of us but not acknowledging us as if we were unwanted intrusions from off the street. Once seated, the staff were however charming. My lobster soup was nice but I can't go higher than that. My duck confit main course... More

Had one of the best meals I have had in a long time when I visited Kenmare and decided to eat in this restaurant. The service was fantastic all the waitresses were pleasant and most helpful. The choice was very good and the food was absolutely scrumptious, I have never had such delightful salmon and the deserts were to die... More

We stayed in Kenmare for 3 nights Tom Crean's was recommended via trip advisor and some friends who had been. It didn't disappoint - friendly, helpful staff who explained the menu and wines. The food was beautiful - probably one of the nicest starters I've eaten blacked pudding baked with Apple in filo with a white onion sauce ( explained... More

i was very disappointed with the food that we got in Tom Creans, the starter was lovely, it was a mango salad, i then ordered the long slow roasted pork and what i got was a re-heated slice of pork and it was also very fatty, My husband got the black pudding starter which was nice and for main course...
