We thoroughly enjoyed our long awaited trip to the Ring of Kerry and a highlight was this charming and delicious restaurant. Marion, our server, was excellent. She was attentive without being overbearing and had wonderful descriptions of the food and excellent suggestions for our meal. For an appetizer, I chose the soup of the day a delicious cream vegetable with... More

What a lovely place. Really gorgeous menu, flavours just popping at every bite. Variety of dishes to suit all, and Really accommodating for special dietry needs especially if given notice. We wanted to thank the chef and she came out and spoke to us and is such a nice genuine woman who obviously has a real passion for food. Her... More

A group of ladies came to see me for the weekend. And have fallen in love with this beautiful restaurant. Great food, service, great staff. Spoilt for choice in Kenmare. And I'm glad I chose Tom Creans. It had all we wanted. To relax. Enjoy good food. And catch up with old class mates.

Where do I start!!I loved this restaurant! I have a dairy/wheat/yeast intolerance and to top it all off I'm vegetarian, yep its hard for me to get a good meal out. This restaurant went above and beyond to create a WHOLE menu of choices for me. There was 12 of us there for my hen party and everyone enjoyed there... More

I organized a meal in this restaurant for my sisters hen weekend. It was extremely important to me to find the right restaurant as my sisters diet is GF, DF & yeast free. Aileen, the chef, prepared an amazing menu especially for my sister who was thrilled to finally eat somewhere and have a selection of tasty food that wouldn't... More

Of course, Tom Crean is such a hero and who knew that his grandaughter owned a restaurant where he grew up. Great atmosphere. It's small so make a reservation if you want to go on the weekend. They also serve great vegetarian main courses.

On certain nights a harpist will be playing and maybe a singer too. Known for their seafood, they provide a nice atmosphere and a great meal.

As regular visitors to Kenmare we have visited this restaurant many times and it remains one of our favourites which we recommend to our family and friends. The service is pleasant and helpful and, on our recent visit, (August 29th, 2014), we had a great choice of seafood dishes, vegetarian, steaks and a number of "specials". As ever, we enjoyed... More

We were a group of 6 dining and I telephoned ahead for a quiet table with leg room - they couldn't have been more accommodating. Food is very original, well cooked and presented. Wonderful fish dishes and our lady host/chef came out for a chat. Parking nearby in the main was easy and free.
