We stayed in Kenmare for two nights at Tom Crean's accommodation as my husband and I were participating in the Ring of Beara Cycle on 23 May, 2015. The town was hopping with activity and it happened that my son's first birthday was the same day as our cycle. We booked in advance for 4 people at Tom Crean's for... More

This restaurant has a very nice dining room space with nice colors, very soothing. The meal was first class and so was the service. Definitely a recommended spot.

Fab restaurant at the top of the town within easy walk from where we stayed. The welcome was very warm, excellent staff and the food was simply the best. Our starter was oysters and pate, I should have had 12 oysters they were so good. Main course was sole on the bone and salmon; both served with perfectly cooked veg.... More

The highlight of a trip to a great part of Ireland. Wonderful food and service to match. A lovely menu with lots of local produce on offer. Already planning a return visit.

This is a fab little restaurant with great staff, a roaring fire and a very warm Irish welcome, the food was great, the mussels were big and delicious and the lemon sole and seabass dishes both delicious, however for a restaurant to call itself Fish and Wine, it had fish a plenty but the wine list for wine lovers like... Named for the Kerryman who went with both Scott and Shackleton to Antarctica, This is a small, momento stuffed, place with lots of fresh local fish. This was prepared with due simplicity and well served by a friendly staff. We didn't delve deeply into the wine list so cannot comment on that. We would eat there again.

Ate here on a little trip to Kenmare recently. One of the nicest meals I've ever had (Seafood chowder, side of chips!), and service to match. In celebration of a great explorer too, the images and stories about Tom Crean found inside enhance the experience, would recommend to anyone venturing to the south west.

A party of 24 very hungry people were extremely pleased with the excellent choice of food, friendly service offered to us last Monday night. Loved the starters, the warm seafood terrine, potato gnocchi and a beautiful salad were big hits at our table and for main course the seafood parcel, roasted pork, the salmon dish with lovely coriander yogurt sauce... Dear Rambling Sile, Míle buíochas, for your wonderful positive review on behalf of your group of 24 cyclists. I've no doubt you were hungry after cycling the Ring of Beara, tough one but at least you had fine weather, well done. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future. Slán tamaill More
