We went to the Coachmans with our early 20s kids and loved it. The food was excellent--we had cottage pie and beef stew. The music entertainment was great and we were able to still talk with the performance going on. Very fun!

Great food made with high-quality local produce. Prices reasonable and good service, we ate there several times on our recent trip to Kenmare. Can recommend.

I have visited this bar and restaurant for many years when back in Kenmare. It never fails to deliver on food, atmosphere and live music. The staff are very friendly. The food is great, locally sourced, fresh and well priced.

We ate dinner at The Coachman one evening in Kenmare. Fantastic food and service. Prices are average for an evening meal. We had traditional Irish food and it was very good. We also had the best Banoffee Pie.....our new favorite dessert. They also have great music every night.

Best local irish music we heard our whole trip was at coachman's. Michael O'Brien (?) was an accordian with a guitar. They started playing ~7-8, then came back at 9:30. Food was excellent also.

Our whole group from Vermont Biking Tours was cordially fit into this popular, crowded place, and we enjoyed a wonderful meal, great service, and tasty brews. The music was outstanding, too!

Went here at the recommendation of our hosts (Virginia's Guesthouse) - some of the best food we had while in Ireland. Beef & Guiness and the Cottage Pie were excellent. Also some very good music - just didn't play long enough:(.

My grilled Salmon was very good as was my husband's steak. The best part of the evening was the music played during our dinner and than he played again later. Michael O'Brien on teh concertina and a guitar player. Very lively mucsic and crowd pleasing.
