This review would have been much better but the wait staff were inattentive and we had long waits for beverages and food. There were a lot of staff but we felt like we were invisible as they kept rushing by us. BTW, the Guinness Irish Stew was the best I had in Ireland!

With the wide variety of restaurants in Kenmare I was so disappointed that I chose so badly. Our group had a variety of likes & dislikes which unfortunately limited my options. I could complain about the poor service, tasteless mussels & unappetising fishcakes but when I say that three of the four main courses arrived at the table while we... More

Just left this bar/restaurant after a stressful hour and a half. Two adults, three children. We were ignored for about twenty minutes, despite me carrying a baby and a highchair the length of the restaurant. Had to ask three members of staff four times for a jug of water, they got our meal order wrong, resulting in our wee one... More

Went for dinner here last night. Three adults, two had sirloin steak ordered it rare avid medium, both came out cremated. I had the steak and Guinness pie, which was half heated up stew with microwaved mash with a frozen bit of FILO pastry so they could try and resemble a pie. Horrible food, felt sick all last night. Would... More

Our group of 12 went to Foley's for dinner on the last night of our holiday and to celebrate a birthday. The atmosphere was great it appeared to be the only place to go in Kenmare on a Friday night as it had live music and great buzz about it. The food was excellent quality and there was a great... I ate in foleys with my husband & 3 children today, one of my sons ordered the chicken Goujons & asked for plain pasta instead of chips & the other ordered the roast pork & wanted plain pasta with cheese instead of the potatoes & veg. Well what a hulabullo, the waitress took our order & came back to say... More

We had lunch here on Wednesday, I had nachos and hubby had toasted special with salad and fries. Both were excellent, as were the very friendly staff. Our bill including 2 drinks came to €25. It was well worth the money..
