You really are spoilt for choice when it comes to places to eat in Kenmare, but few can match the superb quality of the food and the friendly service that Mulcahy's has to offer. It really is a gastronomic gem!

The food was good here and we had fun. The presentation and atmosphere was nice. The staff was very friendly. A bit expensive and over the top for us but in the range of most fancy restaurants.

Mulcahy's was recommended to us by a couple of locals. We finally had a chance to try on our last night in Kenmare. We were greeted warmly and the staff were friendly throughout. My husband was very happy with the first dish he had. Of course he loved sushi, and so he said that was the best meal he has... More

Great service, charming restaurant, great food. I'm husband's favorite meal of our 5 stop Ireland trip was the beef wellington!

My wife and I went for a meal here as we had been before on a few occasions. The previous experiences were amazing so we knew going in that this would be the same and it did not disappoint. I had the Goat's Cheese starter and my wife the pork belly. I had the Beef Wellington for main course and... More

5 star food in a beautiful relaxed setting. The free feta taster, the delicious bread, each course was a delight. The atmosphere is so relaxing, staff are friendly without being intrusive. It was one of the nicest meals we've ever had. I would highly recommend it. I was looking forward to the tarte tartin but you need to order this... More

Had the pleasure of dining at mulchays wild garlic restaurant while on a wonderful 4 night trip to Kenmare. We had a 7&4 year old with us. We went in around 6.30 which was perfect as it was quiet enough at that point. The food and service were exceptional. The mushroom soup is truly the nicest I have ever tasted... More

Picked this restaurant based entirely on its TripAdvisor reviews and we were not disappointed. From the friendly welcome to the fantastic food it was a meal to remember. What made it so special was the attention to detail and presentation of the food. We started with a free taster of a feta mousse. Next it was a small treacle loaf and... More

Whilst on holiday with friends, we ate in Kenmare several times. How blessed is this place for foodies! After eating at the lovely Lime tree the previous evening, we then found the Wild Garlic. The staff were all so friendly and the food was excellent as was the value. On leaving, we booked again for our last night....'nuff said! If... More

We had a meal at Mulcahys last week on the recomedation of our innkeepers, and it was simply the best meal I ever had....just fantastic. Simply could not improve on anything. Staff very attentive, food just awesome. C'any wait to return to Ireland and to Mulcahys.
