Superb meal with professional laid back staff in a relaxing atmosphere

'Twas a meal to remember starting with friendly sincere professional staff in an elegant atmosphere without the pretentiousness normally associated with fine dining. My duck breast was excellent and was deemed the best choice out of the 6 at the table. The quantities were perfect and extra... read more

What an incredible meal. That wait staff is super nice and very knowledgeable about their products. Well worth the stop. A meal I won't soon forget.

Mulcahy's appear to follow the trend which is a bit of a shame as it's clear that a lot of thought has gone into the layout & decor (if you... More

New venue, but the food is absolutely every bit as fantastic. Great friendly staff, good varied menu, great atmosphere. Well worth paying the extra euro for such exceptional fine dining. We'll be back.

Went here with friends from the moment we arrived we were treated fantastically, greeted by the waiting staff shown to our table, coats taken before we sat down(nice touch). Menu from starters,Mains and desserts was great suited everyone only complaint we couldn't order them all. Portions were perfect and prices were what you'd expect for the 5* quality food given.... A special family evening last Thursday and whilst the food was good, the service was way below what we would expect for a restaurant whose menu is very highly priced. When served all three courses, we were short one dish - fortunately a different member of our party each time for a period of up to 5 minutes. Not acceptable... More

I recently ate in Mulcahy's as a part of a work night out. I have eaten there before when it was located on Henry Street but this was a first since the move to Main Street. The new location is beautiful and the decor subdued and relaxing. I love the light fixtures. It's great that a full bar is available... More

Great friendly staff, amazing food, open early in the evenings and also a really good wine list. Service was really fast, food was creative, well presented, packed with flavour. also discovered Mulcahy's is open on Monday nights. Parking was really easy to find. Selection of Breads were amazing I just wanted to bring them home for breakfast !!
