Went with my wife and 2 teenage boys recently and had a very pleasant meal. The gentleman who greeted us and the young lady who served us were great. We sat upstairs in the front room, at a table in the middle of the floor. The atmosphere is quite homely and the cooking is very good. Highlight for me was... More

This was our first visit to Kenmare, and as we were totally unfamiliar with the area, we may well have chosen one of the larger establishments for our evening meal. However, we pretty much found the place by accident as we searched for a cashpoint, and what a happy accident it turned out to be! I could rhapsodise forever about... More

We had a surprise 40th wedding anniversary dinner for my parents here last weekend and the staff couldn't have been more helpful with their assistance in organising the evening. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. Thank you for helping to make it a very special occasion.

After spending the weekend in Kenmare at a family wedding, myself and my boyfriend wanted to go for a nice meal. After reading reviews on trip advisor we chose No. 35. The experience did not disappoint. The restaurant itself is very cosy and had a lovely feel to it. I had the roast chicken and my partner had the chicken... More

Having visited No.35 a year ago and remembering it didn't disappoint we decided to return tonight for the second time. We certainly are pleased we did. We shared bread and tapenade to start and had the fish special sea bass and duck for mains followed by a delicious chocolate pudding for dessert. Couldn't fault a thing! Staff very cheerful and... The service was welcoming and the waiter gave us tips of places to go around the area. The food was tasty and came to the table in good timing. A relaxing atmosphere and good food. Would recommend to a friend and will revisit the restaurant the next time I am in Kenmare.

The reviews from Tripadvisor surely didn't lie. This was the best restaurant that we visited during our stay in Kenmare. We were a company of four eating here and we all enjoyed our food very much. The staff was really welcoming and friendly and they recognized us when we returned back the next day for another dinner. Also a good... More

Went for a meal here this last weekend ans was very happy with it. The staff were so friendly in particular the guy serving us from Dublih I think and the food was very nice. Recommend getting the belly of pork spring rolls and the catch of the day. Wasn't mad about the Maltesters surprise dessert but it was fun... More

Made my reservation for No 35 a few weeks ago and was keeping a keen eye on the reviews. After eating there on Saturday the 16th of August I feel that some of the reviews are unfair. The staff are friendly, hard working and made us feel very welcome. It was lovely to go into a restaurant in Ireland and... More

Fantastic review ,really appreciate your comments ,we really have an excellent team of staff in No 35.delays are usually a result of bookings not coming in at the relevant times ,then the kitchen is backed up when all the tables come at the same time ,we try and spread the booking throughout the evening according to customers desired eating time...
