An absolute gem

We had a few hours to kill in Sudbury one Saturday afternoon and this independant coffee shop was an absolute gem of a find. Friendly staff, lovely ambience, great coffee and food. The sausage rolls were the best I have ever tasted !

Come here with one of my mates after being told how good the food is here. We didn't have a lot of money so just bought a sandwich. Bread was so dry and far to much dill in the dill Mayo in the smoked salmon sandwich. Won't be returning unfortunalty

We had a small family wedding reception of 26, we had 2 vegans, a vegetarian and someone with an extreme onion allergy - all dealt with ease by David's, the food was delicious. In the evening we filled the place with further friends and family, tables were quietly reorganized etc. nothing was too much trouble. Friendly, efficient staff, would highly... More

Great atmosphere, heavenly whitebait and the cheese platter is glorious! Today I discovered the terrace which looks great but I would miss the theatre...

relaxed, and charming - but don't be in a hurry! Good coffee, eggs benedict, and cakes. Enjoy the peaceful calm (most of the time) and watch the world go by!

Very cosmopolitan feel to the place which is a welcome change in Sudbury. It is the only place I would feel comfortable to come in and have a coffee on my own and read my book. The manager David is fantastic and really makes the place like a home from home. The cheese board is to die for, as are... More

Just popped in for a light lunch. The service was great; very quick and friendly. The sandwich was fresh, tasty and filling. I thoroughly enjoyed it! A relaxing place to eat- we will be back!

A lovely deli almost hidden off the main High Street and nearly overshadowed by its bigger sister Wine Bar next door - but don't miss it. Truly AMAZING coffee, easy surroundings and some of the nicest, freshest food - a lot of it locally produced - you'll find in the area. Initially the 'no children' rule might seem a bit... More

We went for a drink and really weren't that hungry but fancied a snack, we had whitebait and hand cut chips. Really good food and fantastic wine. Service was excellent and the place had a really nice atmosphere. We had a very enjoyable hour and would definitely go back.
