Don't judge the place by its look

So glad we ignored our assumptions about the place from walking past. The food is glorious and the service great. Food took a while to arrive but it was freshly cooked and worth the wait.

You won't go hungry as the food is so good that you can't stop eating until it's all gone. So many dishes to choose from and staff always happy to make a recommendation. The restaurant does look like it needs some TLC, but please do not let that put you off.

We visited the Restaurant first having made a reservation. We were given the window table and overall experience was first class. Food is fresh and authentically Thai. We had a marvellous pino Grigio sparkly wine which was delicious. Our host could not have been more helpful and our waitress Emily Adams was very attentive.

Went here with my mum as she said it was good but I have to say good doesn't do it justice. The food was amazing and full of flavour we ordered a sharing starter, 3 mains and 2 rices and that was plenty for us. The service was great to and the staff were really helpful and polite. I'm looking... More

At least once a week I take a 2 hour round trip by bus to have lunch here. The food , the welcome and the service is always great and my habits, such as ordering the mixed starter as my lunch are accepted. That being said, I had two proper courses today, the glorious Kratong (sorry about the spelling) and the... More

Just had another amazing meal at this restaurant which again lived up to our expectations. I can honestly say we have never been disappointed with any meal we've tried, we do intend to work our way through the menu but I cannot resist the yellow chicken curry whereas my husband has enjoyed several different meals on recommendation of the owner.... Decided on a take-away on a Saturday night. Order consisted of the Tod Mon Pla (Thai fish cakes), a beef Masaman curry and the green chicken curry with steamed rice and a side order of Pak choi fried in oyster sauce. Turned up just before the 30 minutes suggested and received a warm welcome (and restaurant did look nice too).... More

Thank you for your review In relation to your complaints regarding portion sizes, having done extensive research on other Thai establishments and local eateries, we find our portion sizes represent extremely good value for money. The portion sizes are standard portion sizes for one adult and if they are being purchased to share between two or more adults, will seem... More

This by far is the worst experience we have ever had. The food was indelible. Pale in colour. The sticky rice came wrapped in cellophane ....or rather balls of mush. The portions were child sized and as such prices high for what was offered. The wait was over an hour long, food was lukewarm at best. We had company -... More

Thank you for your review. We do , however feel the need to reply to your very scathing accusations. Firstly, the wait for your takaway was nowhere near the one hour you claim. No mention was made by you at the time, in relation to how long you waited between ordering and coming to collect your food on the evening... More
