We like to support our local businesses and and as it is handily located just off the Main Road with its own parking we like to give it a go. While the food was reasonable on our last visit the wait of about 45 minutes was unacceptable. The food when it arrived was a little overcooked and not as warm... More

This is a place I visit on a regular basis and as a rule I am never disappointed. My wife and I had our tea there last night and as usual we had a pleasant meal. The ambience of the restaurant is very good as you can sit by the open log fire, have a drink and order your meal... More

We took our son out for an early evening meal on Saturday and tried the above venue as somewhere "new" to try. We were not disappointed at the quality of the food or the reasonable prices. Our 8 year old doesn't like the tradition kids meals but prefers an adult type meal except in a smaller portion. So we all... More

My first time at Halls Mill and it will not be my last. Excellent, friendly service, I was told they have a new chef who I must say is certainly doing a great job. Had a lovely meal and I would not hesitate in recommending this restaurant.

We had eaten here during the summer and whilst we really liked the venue, weren't too impressed with the food. But having heard they had a new chef, we gave it another go and were glad we did! The food was really lovely and the kids had a ball. Will definitely be back.

My boyfriend and I had booked a romantic meal for 2 on New Year's Eve night, hoping we would have a lovely meal and see the new year in with good company. Instead we left very early with sore heads. When we arrived we were seated in what looked to be a dance floor with a sound system behind us... More

I have attended a range of family functions here - wedding, funerals and parties. There is lots of parking space. Lots of food has been provided on every occasion. I plan to go for a quiet meal some time.
